The location of the hotel is very good. Just a few streets from Earls Court Tube Station. The hotel staff was very nice. We've booked a double room, but got a family room instead. So we were very happy with it. The room was clean and very spacious. One minus was that there was a smell in the room. Maybe because of the location of the room in the basement.
