Was a little concerned in booking this stay based on some reviews but booked anyway. So glad I did. Pros about this hotel include a great location, downtown character, and cleanliness. Cons included expensive parking, very small room, and rather old furnishings. Bottom line though was that the staff was friendly and attentive and It was walking distance to so many unexplored downtown LA treasures. This hotel is no Hyatt Regency by any means but for a simple, inexpensive downtown LA stay, I was satisfied.
