As we have a young family we were allocated a family room in an annex behind the main hotel. It was in serious need of refurbishment, carpet in the bedroom and the balcony door didn't lock, quite frankly a throw back to the 70's. The pool area was very busy and cramped, sunbeds were being reserved the night before. Saying all that, it was clean and ideally located. The breakfast was great. But, we will not be visiting again.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast was second to none, and yet I felt the hotel let itself down somewhat when it came to in room services. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which for a 3 star is terrible. You had to pay 16 euro a week if you wanted a kettle, and then you only got the kettle and 2 small cups. You have to buy your own tea coffee etc. Also, if you want a fridge, you have to pay 30 euro a week. We didnt bother with that. I think having to pay for a kettle to be put in your room in diabolical.
The balcony wasn't even big enough for the two of us to sit on, and the bathroom was tiny. Water pressure next to non existent, but just enough to get a shower so not that bad. Bar prices rather expensive, but once again, breakfast was great. The cleaners were very noisy when they were doing the rooms.... no chance of a sleep in when they're about!!! If it wasn't for the fact we had to pay for the kettle, (which I really think was very cheeky in a hotel especially as they didn't supply bevarages) I would have given this a higher rating. You can buy a kettle for 15 euro in a shop down the road. Absolute daylight robbery.

We have stayed at this hotel 7 times and each time is as good as the last(we even got married over here). The staff are 2nd to none and will go out of their way to make your stay a good one.It is very central to all bars and restaurants(Ripples bar opposite is the best!!)It is spotless both inside the hotel and out by the pool with plenty of sun loungers. The food is fine and seems to get better each year.We have already booked for 2006 as my daughter will be 18 in July and wants to spend it there. There is nothing else to add to this except cant wait for July!!

when i went to this hotel i had a very nice time it is a short distance from the beach about 5 minute walk witch is nice because u see all the shops and bars like bells bar witch has a great elvis impersonator he is great, well the bad thing about the hotel is that some people are unlucky and have a great big macdonalds sign outside, great for the kids but not so great for the adults who want to get away from the homelife. the hotel has 2 swimming pools 1 indoor 1 outside it has a bar, shop, resturant and tennis courts which is good if u want to play abit of sport. the shop is very handy if u like to pop out while the wife/husband is getting ready to go out u can but a nice english paper and see whats going on back home or where-ever you come from.there arte many resturants near the hotel or even if you want to eat in the hotel the food is lovely . i ate the breakfast which was superb i recommend it the hotels staff are very helpful when you need help. but there is carpet in the rooms which is not nice u want marble or wooden i liked the hotel
