Very Disappointing

Where do I start?
Don't pay extra for a sea view as most of the rooms are part sea view rooms but classed as sea view.
Two lifts but one of them has it's own mind and works as and when.
Rooms are dated and 1970 would like them back! Fridge has seen better days and the door didn't close as the ice compartment over took the top shelf. Only one 3 pin socket plug in the room so charging electronics had to be done in relay. Safe is an extra charge and there is no internet connection in the room even though the web site states there is.
Sun loungers have all seen better days and most have the wheels missing and lots have the legs broken.
Service ranges from very poor to very good. Miserable wait staff in the breakfast resturant with no one wishing you good morning or making eye contact when cleaning your table.
Fresh fruit is actually tinned apart from melon and grapefruit and flies are constantly crawling over both.
Coffee comes in the smallest cup and is portioned controlled as it comes out of a machine.
Both toast machines either do the toast really light or burnt, no inbetween.
Would not recommend or stay there again.
Certainly not a 4 star hotel, 3 at a push!
