We have stayed at this hotel several times but had not been for about five years. There were changes which we were not too happy with. Tea making facilities where in the past free. There was also an iron and ironing board in any rooms we had been in before. There appeared to be a communal one this time. Had we known of these changes we would have taken our own travel kettle and iron with us. Apart from that the standard of the hotel was still as comfortable although again we found the staff, especially the Reception staff of a much lower standard than in the past. One gentleman in particular was most unhelpful. Overall, we would probably return in the future bearing the above in mind.
