Jury's Inn is a clean and well equipped chain hotel. It is well served by Hotelhopper H9 from the terminals. The rooms are a good size and the bed sre extremely comfortable with crisply laundered bed linen. The bedrooms are air conditioned which came very useful during the current hot weather and ensured a good cool night's sleep. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style (dinner can also be a la carte) and provide a good choice of well cooked food.
The bar becomes very busy and noisy at times. At busy times the bar service is still good but the standards of food service deteriorate. My hotel club sandwich (£7.95) took almost half an hour and when served on a cold plate the sandwich and chips were just luke warm - it had been left on a trolley for some minutes behind the bar before the waiter had served the other food from the trolley.
A breakfast box is supplied if you have to leave before breakfast begins at 6 a.m.
Club sandwich apart I enjoyed two stays in the hotel which is well placed for the airport (about 10 minutes to terminal 2) and good value for money.
