Based on what we paid I cannot complain, however I am surprised the resort fares so well on reviews in general from tripadvisor.com. The rooms were clean and VERY basic, with bars on the bedroom windows!!! Our first impressions werent good and the girls in the group were a little upset. However the location was good close to everything but quiet, rooms not too hot, managed to sleep well and beds comfortable. If you want cheap no frill accom its for you, if you want anything more than somewhere clean to rest your head, spend more money and stay elsewhere!!!

2nd to 12th june 08. well priced, there is no problem at all with these apartments. cleaned regular, apartments have everything you need and close to the beach. spar virtually across the road. the car hire in reception was the cheapest we found and the exchange rate in reception at the time was 121/£ for cash and 125/£ for travellers cheques, when rate back home was 122, staff helpfull. toilet and good showers next to pool in case you have a late flight on your final day. one thing i did notice though it was not a problem for us, probably as it is early in the season, is that these apartments are used by club 18/30. located midway between the strip and the old town. old town is a better setting for eating (try el horizonte, 10 euro for 3 courses) the strip is better for drinking, if you can cope with the reps. be warned though, the resort of puerto del carmen is not cheap, typically 4 euro for a beer, dont even think of anything else, shorts 6 euro or softdrinks 3 euro. dont fall for the 2 for one drinks or the free shots and cocktails scam. if the reps try to get you in fix a price for your drinks before you get to the bar, the shots and cocktails you get free are just juice. typically eating for 2, 2 courses is about 25 euros. best place for cigarettes and booze is on the front past all the bars on the left behind some steps(indians run it), it also had the best cash exchange rate 125. be sure to pay cash though as they charge 5% for card transactions. taxi from airport is 15 euros max, it is ten minutes.
so to sum up, cannot complain about apartments, facilities or cost of jable bermudas - but was dissapointed at the cost of everything in puerto del carmen, but there is the occasional bargain. - oh and i forgot to mention this is one windy island.

Stayed at these apartments for one week 10th to 17th March. Very conveniently situated, very clean, all staff very courteous, member of staff ordered taxi for our departure. There was a shower room & toilets at the side of pool to shower before we left for airport (as the complex was fully booked and didn't have room free for this). Would stay here again as is close to beach, restaurants and pubs. Taxi to and from airport about 12 euros each way

just rreturned from staying in Jable Burmudas, and what a great apartment complex it is.really nice and quiet and only a few yard away from all the activity, fabulous beaches and spoiled for choice where to eat out so reasonable. as for the apartments,every thing you could need spotless clean,and such friendly obliging staff.on call to answer your every need regarding information regarding bus trips taxi's we were very impressed and would recommend Jable Bermudas re: cost staff and facilities,will most certainly return again

my daughter and I spent a wonderful week in Jable Bermudas.spotless clean and very courteous helpful and friendly staff nothing was too much trouble as providing bus information to ordering taxi's for us I would certainly be returning to Jable Bermudas, only a few yards from the beach and all amenities

We stayed in the Jable Bermudas for a week in early December 2007. They Apartments are in a great location just a short stroll from the strip / beach etc. I booked it on the strength or reviews I read here and on other websites and was not disappointed
The grounds are excellently maintained and the pool area is again clean and tidy. The place was extremely quiet when we were there with only ourselves and a few more couples around the pool at any one time.
We didn't get to check out the poolside bar as it was shut for renovations / holidays the same week we were there but we didn't mind as this was our third time to PDC so we had favourite places to eat / drink nearby anyway.
The staff was all really polite and the apartment was cleaned most days. Also our flight was in the evening so they let us stay in the apartment until we were ready to go for something like €10 extra for the day.
Only drawback was the pool, it was a really nice deep pool which I love but my god it was freezing!!!!!
Overall excellent value for money, we are going again in December 2008 and hope to book these apartments again.

Just back from Lanzorate, stayed at the Jable Bermudas, we had four apartments between ten of us, age group from 67 yrs old to 12 yrs old This is our fourth time in Lanzorate and our first time staying here,very happy with the apartments abd will be booking again next year.

just returned from a 2 week stay in the Jable Bermudas. Apartments are in a very central location to beach, restaurants nightlife etc. Very good value for money, basic apartments with everything you need, very clean. My only complaint was that every time we had a shower the water didnt stay hot for very long.

We stayed for a week in December.It was quite chilly at night.Only one complaint about the accomodation.Towels should be changed more than twice weekly,otherwise everything was excellent.Still enjoyed our stay.

Just got back from Lanzarote on Friday staying at the Jable and again was a top place! It is about my fifth time staying in these apartments and they are highly recommended to anyone thinking of going on Holiday to Lanzarote.
The layout of the apartment is just what you need with two beds, cleaniness, facilities etc. It is in the best location as you are very near restaurants, bars, clubs and of course the Airport is only 10mins away in a taxi.
Will definitely be staying here again!

Just returned from Lanzarote staying at Jables Bermudas this is are third stay and would not stay anywhere else recommend it to anyone.
Staff are so friendly nothing is a trouble to them apartments very clean spacious and have eveything you would need also in a good location not too far from the beach excellent value for money cant wait to return.

Alpha rooms was so easy to book with, all done over the internet in about 10 minutes, not a problem at all. Even the special request that we made was sorted out for us with no questions asked, recommended to anyone. Jables Bermudas was great, simple accommodation, exactly what you need and so clean. Not a bug in sight. Id say this is the best place to stay in Peurto Del Carmen, the apartments are so close to the nightlife and beach. Everything you need for a small price, excellent value for money.

This is the fifth time we have stayed at these apartments and again cannot fault them - we will not hesitate to book them again - they are bright,clean spacious and convenient to all amenities. Free TV and excellent pay channels including BBC !
Five minutes walk will take you to the seafront with plenty of shops restaurants,shops and good bus services with the main beach across the road. There is a slight incline from seafront to get back but they were full of people with walking difficulties and they obviously were happy enough.
At night We recommend Pinnochios Restaurant for a Lasagne to die for ! Nightlife is very handy too for those much younger than us !

The apartment we got was on an upper floor (No 16).Their was an open plan kitchen/sitting room with a good size bedroom. The bathroom was also a good size. There was electric kettle, toaster & coffee making machine provided. There was also an iron & board available upon request at no change. There is no air-con but we found that if you left the bedroom window open a nice breeze would come through to cool the place down. The apartment was cleaned 5 out off our 7 day stay and clean towels were left twice. The apartment was also well located in a quiet area with little or no street noise at night.
The pool area was a nice size with plenty off sun loungers provided. The pool was all the one depth and was pretty deep so not so good for young children unless they are good swimmers.
The apartments are located just off the main strip and within short walking distance off some excellent restaurants and bars.
Overall I was very happy with the apartments and their location.

Hi!
I would just like to say the apartments in Jable Bermudas were absolutely fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We had enough room for the 6 of us! + the onsite facilities were brilliant too (This included a massive swimming pool + cafe which also had a pool table!). The apartments were very clean and presentable.
The waitress in the onsite cafe was so helpful, we cannot praise her high enough!
All in all - If you are looking for a brilliant, relaxing + peaceful time away, then this would be the place for you!
We will certainly be recommending these apartments to friends + family!!

We were in Apartment 127, right next to the pool and the bar - even better than last time we stayed. Apartment is basic/simple but comfortable - you can't expect the Ritz when it's so reasonably priced. Maid service came in every day and they were great. Location is ideal if you want to access the night life on Avenida de las playas - forget about cardiac hill - there's a much gentler slope at the opposite end of the street.
Second time staying in Jable Bermudas and would defintely recommend it for a budget traveller or young family. Pool wasn't heated but woke you up in the morning, all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist. 5 stars!

Have been to these apartments twice now and think they are fantastic. They are basic but have everything you need and more. Pool area is very well kept, as is the pool bar. The apartments were spotless, with maid service daily.
The location of the jable bermudas is excellent! They are ideally situated close to all the bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach!

There was myself, my husband, my son (aged 22) and three of his friends who all stayed here over the Christmas and New Year.
The apartments were very spacious and clean. Maids came to clean and change towels 5 times a week. All staff were very nice and helpful. Pool area was clean and tidy. We would definitely return to these apartments and recommend them to other people.

There was a group of 6 of us that came to Puerto Del Carmen for Christmas and the New Year. Jable Bermudas had excellent staff and the accommodation was spacious and clean. Maids came 5 times a week to clean the apartment and change the towels. Pool and surrounding area was kept clean and tidy.
Very central and just a short walk away from the beach.
Would definitely come back again and recommend to other people.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Puerto Del Carmen, our group included 3 families of various age groups, the youngest 12 and oldest 50, we decided to make the arrangements ourselves for the first time and was quite surprised, we saved approx £550 per family against booking the same holiday through a travel agent and the arrangements all went according to plan.
The taxi ride from Arrecife airport took about 10 minutes and cost around 11 euro, (expect to queue for about 15 minutes for a taxi at busy times).
Taking into consideration Jables Bermudas is only 2 keys, any concerns we had disappeared upon arrival, the appartment was very clean and maid service 5 times per week,it was apparent that some items like curtains, cooker, kettle, toaster and some funiture had recently been renewed, the pool side and surrounding areas, bar etc were also very clean, all the staff we met were very helpful and freindly, however on the odd occasion the towels provided were not very good quality.
Jables Bermudas in our opinion is located very central, beech, bars and restaurants 5-10 minutes walk, we used 2 steep banks for access one been cardiac hill (short but very steep) the other was half as steep but depending which direction you are coming from makes it a bit further to walk.
For anyone who has not been to Puerto Del Carmen the beech is decent and there are more than plenty of bars,restaurants and walking ground, we were paying around 6 euro for a 2 course chinese meal and 10 euro for a steak meal plus drinks, all the food we had was of good quality.
Finally we would have no hesitation in booking this holiday again or making our own way.

Appartment was nice and clean - basic but came with a number of nice touches - toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc. The room was cleaned every day - bins emptied etc - the towels changed twice during the week.
Place was quiet - more for the mature group I'd think, not much of a view but very close to the beach and Avenida de la Playa. Forget about Cardiac Hill - turn right as you leave the complex and there is a shorter (less steep) way to the sea front I'd stay there again!
