We booked two superior rooms - one for us and one for our two teenage girls. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious (by European standards), if a little in need of re-decoration. The hotel receptionists were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfasts were very good - now including bacon, sausage and scrambled egg, along with more pastries than even our girls could eat. The rooms were fairly quiet, with a certain amount of traffic noise in the one at front of the building - the hotel is about 100m down a side street from the very busy Avenue Louise. All told, this was a very good hotel - not perfect (for example the lift was tiny and required two trips to get our luggage to our rooms), but certainly one we would be happy to use again.
