Sandwiched between the Adriatic and the Maiella Mountains is a land of gentle parallel hills and valleys. For centuries, a perfect combination of climate, soil and aspect has encouraged generations to lovingly tend it for the excellent quality of its exotic fruit. Il Frutteto is set right in the heart of this attractive area in the peaceful residential outskirts of Lanciano, whose centre is 5 kilometres away. The sea is 12 kilometres away. The house has been completely restored with brand new quality fixtures and fittings - the grounds are totally fenced in, and include a lovely shared swimming pool – which must all make Il Frutteto the ideal holiday choice for two adults and two children. The house consists of one bedroom which sleeps to two to four people. There are also electric gates and ample parking. Nearby the hospitable owners have their own independent house in the grounds. A covered outside eating area with wood oven overlooks the furnished swimming pool (open between 15th May to 30th September, weather permitting). Outside shower room, WC etc. Furnished roof terrace/solarium with 360 degree panoramic view. Steps down to laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. PLEASE NOTE: Security Deposit - 200 Euro. Central Heating - 35 Euro per week.
