Arrived at the hotel Saturday July 07, 2007 around 8 p.m. The receptionist was very friendly, we handed in the alpharooms voucher, and were given the keys to our 2 reserved rooms (half board) and an envelope with very handy information and a map to Portugal. My two kids Sara (15 yrs.) and David (17 yrs.) did not want to come with us in the first place, but at the end they wanted to stay longer, but we couldn't because the hotel was fully booked! We had an excellent time, all the staff were very friendly, the facilities were clean, the daily activities were great (at the hotel and at the beach); the nightly entertainment was awesome. The only thing I did not like much was the food, they repeated the recipes every 2 days and there was no seafood! The hotel offers bus service to Ayamonte town and to Villafranca (Portugal), both were very nice and the seafood was great.
Check out was also very fast, only handed in our keys and were on our way.
