Hotel was very nice in an excellent pebbly beach front location a pleasant 10 minute flat stroll to the pretty village of Cavtat. You could see Dubrovnik in the distance with easy access there by boat (leaving next door but one to the hotel approx 60-80 kunas (£7-8) return or by bus from the village (40 kunas) return. Best thing about the hotel was the animation team who were very fun, enthusiastic, encouraging but not intrusive - very polite and very friendly and welcoming to all nationalities. They worked long hours and always with a smile. The activities programme had lots going on. Food was good, lots of choice at breakfast, fresh pancakes and eggs along with continental options and cooked options, cereals, fruit, salads, breads and pastries. Lunch and Dinner were also good, but your typical buffet of salads, pastas, meats and a freshly cooked meat and fish option. Lunchtime Pizzeria was also another nice option. Really pleasant terraces overlooking the sea to enjoy your meals. Self service bar throughout the day worked well and a staffed bar at night. Worst thing about the hotel was our room which we changed after the first night. I would strongly recommend paying for an upgrade to a sea view room (prior to travel as expensive once there), we may have been unlucky but our room was next to the stairwell lobby/lift area and the noise was too much. Thankfully they were able to move us to a garden/sea view room which was so much more pleasant. I would definately stay here again, it was a general 'all rounder' for us. Very Good.
