We checked in early, about 1:00, and the smell of bleach throughout the hotel was overpowering. We couldn't stay in the room, the smell was just too strong. When we got back about 10:00 pm, the smell was mostly gone, but our clothes were permeated with it.
The room was small, but very clean, with the usual facilities: tea and coffee-making, hair dryer, television. The shower room was tiny, but again, very clean. Nice clean towels and sheets, and a large bed. Good view to Belgrave Road, which is a very convenient location. close to Victoria and Pimlico underground stations. Breakfast was a buffet, with limited choices.
If all you need is a bed for the night, this would be a good choice.
