I have stayed at this hotel before and found it very nice then for a single working woman. Although i had a nicer room the last time (i think they are refurbishing the rooms so it's a bit pot luck at the moment which one you get) the treatment and politeness of the staff has improved 100%. While nobody was rude before they really were very helpful and polite this time round. I also had my breakfast included in this booking which normally you do not have when you book through a 3rd party and that in itself is a great bonus. I have also used the meeting rooms which are very good and a meeting lunch of tea and sandwiches are a reasonable cost unlike some hotels facilities we have used in the past. Unfortunatly this time the bar was closed as it too was being refurbished so it would have been nice to have at least been made aware of that at the time of booking but didn't turn out to be much of a problem. I would have no problem recommending this hotel to both holiday and working people. There is a lot of construction going on very close to the hotel but again on each occasion i have stayed this has never been a problem and in fact only for the fact you can see it on your arrival you would not know there was anything going on so close at hand. I will without question use this hotle again on my next trip over and use AlphaRooms for the booking.

I highly appreciate the hotel, first for the price I was able to obtain fore the room. Unfortunately, the price did not include the breakfast, but this was a minor problem for me considering some coffee were available at my place of work. I was please to see my reservation was correcty registered at my arrival. The location in face of La Gare du Nord was excellent for me to travel to my place of work. The hotel is an high class hotel, the hotel, the environment and the room were clean and well maintained. The sector is quite and easy to travel downtown. When leaving, a Thursday morning, it was difficult to obtain a taxi to pick me at the hotel, an hotel car brought me at La Gare du Nord with my baggages where I was able to fly a taxi more easily. Review of 'HUSA PRESIDENT'

It is a little distance out of the centre, but not far to walk to Brussels Noord station where there are excellent links to anywhere in central Brussels. I think this is why we were able to get an excellent room rate at the weekend - it is in the office / business district and was starting to fill up when we left on Monday! Meant it was nice and quiet outside too.

The decor is a bit dated (probably due for a face-lift), but the facilities are good and the staff are freindly and helpful. Bar and restaurant are not cheap, but then there are plenty of other places to eat and drink if you're looking for a bargain.
