FANTASTIC HOLIDAY!
21 August 2008
Just came back and wish i booked for longer, weather was fantastic hitting 34 degrees every day and more! Great room very spacious cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster and tv. We stayed in fedra 2.The room and all of the complex was as clean as you could wish for, loads of pools to choose from.We ate out most of the time but mainly going to a resturant on the complex called (Don pedro's) which had live entertainment and great food. The show garden had some great act's on which my daughter loved! For my family the mossies diddnt bite mabye as we used the jungle plug in our room but did not use any spays when we went out at night. As most people have been commenting on, no air-con,it wasnt such a bother as we kept the bedroom window open and the odd occasions the balcony one 2, but we purcased a fan from a shop down the town which sorted our promblems,But overall great holiday will go again!(hope this review has helped you) .

No dreaded Mossie bites!
21 August 2008
Just returned from an 11 night stay at the Bellevue. This place is really spread out, as we found when we arrived, we were told our room was not ready and to return to reception in an hour, there was no room in the reception as there were other people also waiting for rooms so we had to wait outside, it was about 90 degreees and we were really tired after travelling from 3;am. An hour later at about 3.30 we were given the keys and a map of how to reach our room, we were as far away you could get, and there was no transport to help with the cases. Eventually we reached the apartment which was a 2 bed in the Federa 3, The room was clean and spacious and this was definately the quietest area of the site so was quite pleased. Our friends followed on a few days later and stayed in the menerva studios, very small and cramped and they said very noisy at night. As for the mossies we went well prepared after reading the reviews and took PREVENT sprays from HSD online, we used it in the morning and and in the evening before going out, pleased to say it works no bites. All in all ok holiday. Quite expensive drinks and food onsite but great food at the many restaurants on the main street especially Lunas.
Kids enjoyed it !

Family with kids aged 15, 10 and 9
20 August 2008
This was our first time in Alcudia and after reading some reviews we were a little anxious. However we had no need to be!! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious - except for the kitchen, but as I refuse to cook on holidays it didn't bother us!! On arrival we were given our key and a map of the complex and were in our apartment within 15 mins of getting off the bus (Reception staff very efficient) There are notices in all the apartment blocks stating when cleaning is done - in Serina I where we were we had clean towels etc on Monday, Wed., and Friday - The cleaners dont do dishes - just the bathroom and bedrooms, empty rubbish and a quick mop of the floors! The entertainment at night kept the kids happy - but it was typical complex entertainment! The pizzeria on site was very good for pizza and pasta dishes at night but there are loads of good resturants within 10 min walk. Almost everything is within 10 mins of the complex and there is a teleobanco in the reception and another one across the road at the chemist. We had no problem with the mozzies - 2 weeks, 5 people and just 10 bites in total!! Overall the Bellevue is ideal for a family holiday with the kids clubs and adult games etc. on site there would be very little reason to leave the place unless you want to explore a bit! The harbour is beautiful but in my opion too far to walk to in the heat - the bus is just up the road so save your energy! Bellevue also offer trips to the market but beware - it tkes 45 - 50 mins to walk leaving you with no energy to look around! To finish with we enjoyed it and found we got exactly what we paid for - maybe even a little more!! so go and enjoy!

FAB holiday again !!!
18 August 2008
We've just had a fab holiday at the Belle Vue Appartments .This is our 2nd holiday at the Belle Vue.The accomadation was plain and simple but very clean . It was every thing you needed for the amount of time that you spend in the appartment. The only thing the appartment was missing was air conditioning, but you are able to hire fans from reception or of the no frills eccurtions which is located next to the drunken corner. These are a little cheaper to hire the fans of . At the Belle vue there are a number of pubs and restaurants .The pubs all sell food .If you want a cheap night then these are the places to eat .You can have a 3 course meal for about 8 euros . The meals are plain and simple but are hot and tasty. There is a lovely italian resaurant on site . You must go to the beach at Alcudia which is very clean and very beautiful. This is about a 20 minute stroll . overall another fantastic holiday in Alcudia .

Bellevue is alright dont you worry
17 August 2008
Had a week in Bellevue in mid July with my wife and kids age 13, 13, 11 and 3. Had a great time. Facilities are great. Pools clean and plenty of sunbeds if you get out befoe lunchtime. They have a Show Garden with decent enough entretainment. The local restaurants and bars are perfectly alright. Didn't have a bad meal all week. Yes you have to slap on the mozzie cream at night but that hardly a hardship. I would totally advise that you take a fan. Absolutely the only downside in the resort is that lack of air con. I like my air con but I survived without it. That said I would take a fan if and when I go again. If you have booked, your in for a good time.

still scratching !
17 August 2008
We had our first visit to Bellevue from the 3/8/08 for two wks.we stayed in fredra1 for the first few days, decided to change to all inclusive as being a family of 5 we could save a few Euro. All inclusive cost 20e a day for adults and 10e for the youngsters. Food was very good ,great choice. Only problem with all in was queueing for drinks in show bar at night as you were only aloud two drinks per person at any one time which meant if you wanted a drink such as water or mineral for kids you had to go to the back of queue again.fedra1 was clean and had no mossies.but when we moved to Ceres1 which is by a lake we got eaten alive so bad we needed a doctor who gave us a injection(Dr is on site) temp was very high up to 40+ some days.Too hot in apartment as no air condition. Fans that we bought were not much good as only blowing hot air around,if you can cope with the heat and mossies it is a good place for kids to have fun and make friends. Will we return yes but not in the high season ,but at a cooler time of year maybe they will install aircon then 5 out of 5 could be possible. The staff other than those at reception are not very polite.

Brilliant Holiday
16 August 2008
Just got back from a 16 night stay at the Bellevue and enjoyed my stay here. All the staff, holiday reps and entertainment staff are so polite and very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The mossies were not a problem for us may be it was that the weather was too hot for them, temps reached 47 degrees and was very uncomfortable not having air con so make sure you take fans or hire them. Champions over the road from the Bellevue was a lovely place to eat, cheap and freindly (great with the children). Beach is heaven (or close when you have kids anyway), clean and safe. There are lots of activities at the hotel and there not pricey, show garden entertainment good and staff here very pleasant you dont even have to leave your table to get a drink they will go and get it so no queing. Thank you Bellevue for a great holiday, just get air con.

Good value
29 July 2008
We have just returned after a 2 week stay, we went self catering- there were plenty of places to eat we found the Champions Bar good value for money which is over the road from the Belleview complex. We stayed in a 2 bed room appartment in Fedra I, which was basic but clean and had maid service every other day and clean towels. I would say this was the best area to be in as we were away from the lake so we didn't get much trouble from mossies, but had good views of lake and sea. Kids loved it we didn't see our 14 year old only at meal times and when he needed money!! We found the show bar a bit pricey on drinks but I took some of my own in. As for mossies just take plenty of spray. The beach is a short walk away and great for kids of all ages with shallow water quite a way out, you can find a quite area to sunbath or have lively water sports pleanty to keep everyone happy. We booked everything indpendantlly and would recommend mallorcatransfers.com for transfer to and from resort. Overall good holiday & good value for price paid.

Highly recommendable
29 July 2008
Returned last week with two other friends from Alcudia where we stopped at the Hotetur Bellevue. It was our first holiday away with just friends and so we were unsure of what to expect. We realized that upon arrival it was mainly family based groups at the hotel although this was not a problem. We were able to do exactly what we wanted to do on our holiday which was to relax by the pool everyday and go out on the evenings for a good lively drink. There was a lovely restaurant/cocktail bar over the road from the hotel called Tivoli(i think) which was lovely and the meals were great value for money! Then there was an english pub down the road over the bridge called the prince of wales. It was perfect for our age group (not recommendable for young children or families) but perfect for a night on the drink or just a really good dance! All in all the hotel was lovely, the only thing that i would say could be looked at is the lack of cooling systems in the rooms. We did leave our door open alot as it was very hot and we could not escape the hot air. You have to hire a fan as there is no air conditioning but as we are all 18 and still living the student budget lifestyle couldnt really afford it. (So we may take one with us next time) :-) Other than that, the rooms were spotless, spacious and convenient to stop in. A short walk to all the attractions and the beach only 2 minutes on a boat inside the complex for only 2 euros that comes every 15 minutes! bargain. We werent really into watching the shows at the complex but everyone said how entertaining they were and when sitting by the pool everyday there was so much going on for kids and families it was great to see. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Alcudia and i would like to say a big thankyou to the staff for making it such an enjoyable stay for us!

Elvis is'nt dead coz we heard him on the balcony
19 July 2008
Just arrived back from Alcudia staying at the Bellevue Apt's (Minerva 1).Downside the room was very basic with a few Ants lodging with us and at times a strong smell of sewage also not enough sunbeds.
After that what a fantastic holiday we had, brilliant beach, super pool when we got a sunbed lovely food and very helpful and pleasant people.Got a bit fed up with being hassled on which restaraunt to eat at and the street sellers wanting you to have your hair braided they even pestered me and I am bald.
Don't always stick to the main street try some of the side streets to eat, found a lovely eatery called Bugs Bunnys they did a mean Sunday lunch any day you wanted. We were worried of all the reports about the mozzy's.I got bit three times but the wife and two kids never got bit once, we went armed we plug ins and spray.
The entertainment was second to none lots of resteraunts to choose from with live entertainment. You can choose from Westlife,Take That,Spice girls,Elvis and many many more, and all of them were worth watching. The show Gardens were great the kids enjoyed the staff putting on a High School Musical show.It was also nice to just chill out on the balcony or go back to my youth and jive to Elvis with the kids.
All in all what a great place to take the kids on holiday as everything is pointed at them but it is also nice to pinch a romantic walk down the beach hand in hand with your wife at night while the kids are busy runnig free on the sand.
Top tips Hire a Fan it is so hot at night, and put bottles of water or juice in the freezer at night for the next day it enables you to keep your drinks cold all day when you are at the beach.

fantastic family holiday
18 July 2008
Have just returned from bellevue. resort complex is fantastic for families with children of any age. My daughter is nearly 18 but she thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Rooms are big and spacious; do agree that they are in need of air con but just left the patio doors open during the night and this cooled us down. Weather was great was 38 degrees and above all 10 days. Complex very big and does take a while to get your bearings but grounds are beautiful and well maintained. AI food also fab; great choice of food no complaints there.
Pools also fab with a choice of 3 with AI bars attached. Loads of trips to go on too. Went to Inca Market (this did take take 45 mins on foot) horseriding and mini boat cruise. all where amazing and good value for money. Glad that i went AI as things did seem to be little more expensive than usual.
Would recommend this hotel without hesitation for all families of all ages. Dont let mozzies put you off; we used room plug in and this worked fine. I agree that you need spray for the show garden. All kids shows where fab and staff reps all very dedicated; work very long hours but continue to smile. They can also speak several languages and shout bingo numbers in 5 different accents. Fascinating x

Good location
12 July 2008
Have just returned from staying here. Spent a week in the south of the island and added on a two night stay at Alcudia at the end. This was the only accomodation that we could find in Alcudia that would allow us to book for only two nights for a family of six. We enjoyed our holiday here the accomodation was basis but there was plenty of clean towels, hot water, a toaster and a kettle. After having a/c in our first apartment, it was pretty warm in the bellevue. Children enjoyed the shows - Westlife and the bingo (make sure you buy your tickets before 10.30). They were disappointed to miss the High School Musical Show on the Friday night. Drinks were dear especially when buying for six. Plenty of pools around the complex but all very busy and no sunbeds but we lay on the grass which was fine. Went to beach which was beautiful. Unfortunately my daughter and myself got bit even when we had insect repellant on but we survived. Great shops around the complex which weren't overpriced. Remember to go up the street and have a delicious crepe!

Great Holiday
02 July 2008
The rooms were better than expected. We had a one bed appartment, which was spacious. We found there was a slight lack of storage for clothes, but we are three 18 year olds. Also no air conditioning, so the room was quite hot at night.
Breakfast provided a wide variety, but evening meal was quite limited, so we ended up cooking ourselves.
The complex is ideally located and the boat to the beach very useful!
If you sit out at night, make sure to douse yourself in repellent because we were caught out on a couple of occasions, especially on the beach at dusk.
If you are looking for a good night scene, Alcudia is probably the wrong place to stay. The numbers of bars and clubs are limited and there seemed to be few other young groups of friends. Menta and Magic were recommended by some workers, which are good, but further away (25min walk) and full of locals. Look out for the free tickets that are handed out on the beach and streets.
Overall we had a great time. The accommodation was great as was the beach. I would recommend this to any young pepole not looking just for nightlife.

01 July 2008
we arived sat 14 every thing was ok apartment was bigger than i expected we only got breakfast included was a bit of a waste as every one wanted to stay in bed im glad i did not go all inclusive went to buffet one night was really boring hate to do it every night drinks included is a good idea the complex is big with 8 swimming pools but what it is really is a load of seperate appartment blocks with no reception and each one with a swimming pool so its the same as anywhere except no reception there must be a lot of fake money in alcudia every time you hand over money they check it with a pen the girl in shop did not like when i asked her to check the change she gave me with it

30 June 2008
Our aptment was all that we needed for our 5 day break. I was with my 13 year old son , my mum and my mother in law. We were in a 1 bedroomed aptment which was pefect. We cooked breakfast and ate out all other times. Great atmosphere all around especialy when Spain qualified for the final of the Eropean Cup! Fabulous holiday.

Returning soon!
29 June 2008
Our third visit and can't wait to return. Bellevue accommodation has certainly been upgraded since our first visit and facilities represent excellent value for money.
Alcudia is laid back family resort so don't expect riotous nightlife but beach and restaurants are first class. Bellevue offers good accommodation and facilites at very reasonable prices.
You will need insect repellant at night paticularly in Show Garden - Skin so Soft by Avon is very effective, be warned. Shows are great though so spray well and enjoy!
My tip - No air conditioning so buy a cheap electric fan to take with you and a travel adaptor - pass it on to somebody else on your last day - its as cheap a hiring and somebody else benefits. Have a great time - we always do!

Forget the Mossies we sprayed they left us alone
21 June 2008
We arrived early Morning 10th June, the staff were welcoming and made it clear where we were staying, the rooms were as described and also had good catering facilities, The Show bar was good as was the dining room with a good assortment of foo, lots of fish and nice salads, sometimes queues but it depended on time we ate. The sun beds were always full but the beach is 10 minutes away, we had a lovely time

Belleview-lovely,forget the Mossies!!!!
18 June 2008
The reception staff are really helpful, it was explained about all inclusive, times, meals, drinks etc:towels changed regular, not disturbed by any noise(possibly drinks helped LOL)Rooms nice, had self catering facilities, kettle, toaster etc:We went to some of the shows in the Show Garden, We had read the reviews about mosquito's so showered with lavender soap and used repellant, my daughter and myself had one small bite, Meals were nice but had to queue, lots of fish, lovely salads, really enjoyed break One negative, the sunbeds always had towels on,was going to mention to reception but didn't. I would go there again but think there shoul be more availability of sun beds

WORTH A TRY
11 June 2008
WE WERE SURPRISED AT THE SIZE OF THE COMPLEX, TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS TO FIND OUR WAY AROUND. VERY CLEAN AND TIDY WITH HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. OUR ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE, OVERLOOKING THE POOL, LAKE AND MOUNTAIN. COULDNT WISH FOR A BETTER VIEW. THE ONLY THING THAT SPOILT THE HOLIDAY WAS THE MOSQUITO`S, NO MATTER HOW MUCH REPELLANT WE USED, WE COULD STILL HEAR THEM LAUGH JUST BEFORE THEY BIT US. BE WARNED! APART FROM THAT WE HAD A GOOD TIME BUT FOUND ALCUDIA WASNT REALLY FOR US, WILL STICK TO THE SOUTH OF THE ISLAND IN FUTURE. BEST PLACE TO EAT WAS YUMMY YUMMY JUST ACROSS FROM THE ENTERANCE, GREAT STAFF AND LOTS OF CHOICE.

Mossies!!!
09 June 2008
We have just returned from a 10 day break at the bellevue. We stayed in Fedra 1 and booked self catering but decided to buy the All Inclusive when we got there. The apartment was fab, really big, clean enough and good maid service. The all inclusive food was edible if a bit repetitive but I would say it is worth getting the AI as the drinks are quite expensive otherwise. Our kids age 6 and 8 loved the mini disco, on every night in the showgarden at 8pm and all the shows that we saw, they particularly liked the nightly bingo. Our only complaint from this holiday would be the mosquitos, while this is not the fault of the Bellevue, we were plagued with them, my husband being the worst affected, he has had to go to the doctor on return as his bites were so bad. While we liked the Bellevue and Alcudia the mosquitos would put us off going here again, we have been to many other parts of Spain and Greece but have never been bothered like this. the Bellevue is a great place for families but if you decide to go take plenty of mossie repellent, You have been warned!!!

best holiday ever
08 June 2008
Booked our holiday for us and 2 friends was a bit concerned after reading some of the revues, but I must admit there was nothing at all to worry about.
The complex was great and the night life just outside was second to none. We ate most nights at lunas bar where service and food were excellent, but most of all we enjoyed the entertainment which my husband and friends partner joined in and we have never laughed so much, so if you want a good time and good food head for lunas bar. Saving up now for a return holiday.

well worth the money!
02 June 2008
Just got back from a three day break. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, food was good, varied and something for everyone. Never managed to get a sunbed but maybe because we didnt get up till late morning. lots of grass to throw down your towels on tho. Didnt take advantage of all the activities going on as we were only there for a short time. Lots of mosquitos but thats not the hotels fault. We had a twin room and went all inclusive, but still had kitchen facilities which Im sure would have come in useful had we have been there longer. Ten minute stroll down to the beach, which was beautiful and not too overcrowded. It's not a 5* hotel, but as we didnt pay 5* prices, we have nothing to complain about. Staff very friendly and helpful. quick check in and not too much problem locating our room. I think Pontins abroad would sum it up nicely. All in all we had a great short break and couldnt complain about a thing!!!

Bellevue
02 June 2008
we stayed at the bellevue for a week starting may 24th for bed and breakfast. Me and my husband took our 2 kids (Hannah,18months and Alex,7months). We had a 2 bedroomed apartment in building diana 2. We arrived late at night and were given a map to the building, the map made it look very far away but in actual fact it was only a few min walk and diana is one of the furthest away! We loved staying in diana because, although it was slightly more run down than the larger buildings, it was very quiet. Diana 1 and 2 share a small pool with baby section and there was always sunbeds. Breakfast was great but if you came after 9.30 there was always a wait for a table. The rooms were cleaned 3 times and sheets changed. There was a mini disco at 8pm every night which hannah loved. A show started at 10pm in the show garden every night. Disney was great for kids and i loved westlife, they were fantastic and got the audience involved. The hotel is very central, lots of resteraunts nearby. The best meal we had was in lunas grill, they also have a great play area out the back for kids of all ages. There were mosquitos (all over the island) but we wore repellant and never had a problem. Went to marineland and inca market with "no frills" excursions. They were brilliant and you felt like you were on a tour bus, they only talk english so you get lots of information on the journey. Marineland was a highlight, i loved it, my husband loved it, and the kids really loved it!! We loved staying at bellevue and will be returning next year, hopefully we can persuade some of our friends to come too.

The entertainment on the night was very good. I am hoping to book up for a week in august.

Fantastic value
16 May 2008
We stayed at these apartments some 20 years ago for our honeymoon and have stayed there a couple of times inbetween as the kids were getting older. As with 20 years ago the service is good the apartments ideally located with several pools that the kids can use. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The only gripe would be that our towels only got changed on the day before we left (6th day). But i am sure if we had asked we could have got them changed. We stayed in a studio apartment (the cheapest) and the room was adequate for our needs and plenty spacious enough. My son is now 17 and is going to stay there with his friends in august and i would defeninately recommend it to any one on a budget.

Helpful, friendly, comfortable and safe!
19 April 2008
My Sister and I decided take the blunge and have a relaxing chill out holiday in the sun for a week with no husbands and no children. We needed something cheep and cheerful. We booked our holiday on the net. After booking I looked at some reviews and started to worry! I needn't have. We had a fantastic time and got what we paid for and more. On our arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly anything we asked for they sorted for us. Our 2 bed appartment was clean, spacious and comfortable we had clean towels every 2 days. We had a balcony that over looked the pool which was great. Yes there were children playing and laughing but that didn't bother us. I don't understand what people have to moan about for the money we paid we certainly got value we had a fantastic week exploring the island on excursions recommended by the staff which were brillaint. We were a 5 minute walk from the beach and the resturants and bars outside the complex were varied. We never ate at the complex as we were self catering and there were so many bars and resturants just outside. I would recomment Bellevue to anyone after all a holiday is what you make it and we will certainly go back.

brilliant holiday! ignore the moaners!!!
11 April 2008
Me, husband and children aged 13 11 7 & 5 stayed here from 1st April to the 8th 2008 with the all inclusive option. The Staff were all very nice friendly and very helpful. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which we found was spacious with fair sized balcony. The choice of food was great breakfast was amazing fry ups, cereals, yoghurts, toast, danish pastries and of course meats and cheese, lunch times again plenty of choice it gave us the chance of tasting things I wouldn't normally cook such as sword fish, battered squid rings which me and 2 of my children thought was lovely but there was also pork beef liver pizza pastas salads the list goes on - but you have got to try the cakes oh my god straight to the hips but who cares you're on holiday!! they look very rich but they are gorgeous especially the strawberry cream cake mmmmmmmm missing the food already!! I dont understand how people who can moan about the food we always found something to eat and came away stuffed!
We had no problems with the mozzies at all maybe it was a bit early in the season, some people have also mentioned the lake was smelly we only smelled it a about 3 times throughout the holiday and it was only a quick wiff and then it was gone.
The kids loved the pools and parks we had no problem getting sun loungers but we did see the odd few putting their towels down in the morning!!! The kids loved the free kids club which runs everyday 11am -1pm and again 3pm-5pm for ages 5 to 12 (Thanks Max - Ella is missing you already!)
The beach is fantastic white sand and turquoise water - wow and only 10 minutes away.
All in all we had a lovely holiday and was over too quick!

don't believe all you read
13 March 2008
I stayed here in september 2007 for a week and like many others was wondering what I had got myself into. Upon arrival in the early hours we were greeted by friendly staff who arranged transport to our building. The complex map seems a little daunting as the place is huge but you soon get used to everything. We spent a lovely week relaxing by the pool. You do have to get up early to get a lounger!! The all inclusive option was excellent and the entertainment was great for kids of all ages. Mine are 10, 12, 15. The beach is a short walk down the main strip or a boat ride away and a waterpark is also within walking distance. The mossies were bad. We used citronella candles at night as the entertainment is outside. No air con so hire a fan if possible. We are booking again for next year with some friends!!! Excellent value for money.

23 January 2008
We stayed here on june 2nd 2007 and what a great time we had. There was loads for the kids to do, the food was beautiful and you were spoiled for choice, close to shops & bars. 10min walk to the beautiful beach. Nightly entertainment wasn't up to much but ok overall, we found the cheers pub which is a family pub, the kids loved it.
We are coming back this year.

Wonderful
29 October 2007
I just wanted to come on the the review site and say that having read reviews from so many people I absolutely dreaded going on my holiday this year abd seeing the article on watchdog was leading me to doubt the good reviews - Just returned on saturday and I can honestly say I thought it was great. It was my Fiance and I's first holiday abroad together and we thoroughly enjoyed it - The complex is massive and yes you do have to take your own luggage to apartments at this time of year as the train that normally runs from reception is not in operation! the first night we went to the trivoli restaurant and it was great, went to yummy yummy most mornings too... didnt eat in the complex as there were alot of children and it was loud and noisy but thats what comes with a holiday!! Room was great had everything you needed towels were changed nearly everyday forgot to put tag on the door a couple of mornings! got alot of bites but not mozzie's as most people have said bites were from tiny black midgys use calomine lotion/cream and savlon works a treat had a plug in and incense oils so wasnt bitten in the room! My only complaint was the the tv cut out on english channels about 10-15 minutes everytime you watched it but you just had to turn it off and on again so that wasnt so bad... I would definately recommend it and work most certainly go back dont always take to heart what people write a holiday is what you make it and with the help of this wonderful complex ours was fantastic!!!! Thanks for reading my review and hope you enjoy your holiday as much as we did...
PS.. dont go to the chippy at the otherside of the bridge it was the wost meal we had!! but on the plus side it was the only place you could get irn bru!!

Great Apartments
23 October 2007
We stayed for 2 weeks at the bellevue all inclusive and it was great. There was lots to do and most things were only a bus drive away. The beach was great, not far away from the hotel and you can go parasailing too which costs around 45euros each and less for more people. The market was good but dont forget to haggle! Just up the road there is a chinese buffet which has concessions for children under 12 and under 5's are free. Only downfalls were that there was only one restaurant which is about a 5 minute walk from most hotels so if you need a coffee when you get up like me, then get some for your room. Only one hotel had a snack bar with food and the food was limited. The mozzies were a right pain. my son got none but mine got so bad on the last day that they were infected by the time I got home. There was a couple of slight storms but we got stuck in the all inclusive pub so was not so bad. The picadilly bar is good for Kareoke and kids can stay till 3am not that you would eh! they also have games for the kids. It is only about 2 mins down the road. Hydropark cool! The Port de Alcudia is good for shops. We noticed some rooms were small for families of 4 or 5 but were lucky with a 2 bedroom. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. I will definitely go back. Hi to all the people me and Shaz met there. Wont forget you.

gr8 holiday
18 October 2007
My partner and I took our 4 year old son 2 these apartments in May and I have to say we had a lovely time, there was plenty 2 do and the pool selection was fab. I found the complex very quiet and clean, idealy for families. We went bed and breakfast for 1 week and to b honest, the food in the hotel wasn't to our taste, but the nearby bars were infact much nicer. It is a short walk to the shops and the beach isn't much further either, and i have to say the beach was gorg! very clean and in all really relaxing, just what u want from a holiday really. The apartments are very basic, but ideal for a short holiday. The evenings entertainment in all was very good, it ranges from young to old. The only two negative things i'd have to point out is that if you book to stay here all inclusive then u can purchase of the pool bars at all times, however, if you are like us and didn't, u can't even buy a drink or a childs ice lolly at any of the poolside bars..very silly! The other thing is the rooms, we had a small child staying next door to us, and u can basically hear a pin drop. The rooms are very noisy. I would recommend here though if you were looking a family holiday, however, it is slightly expensive. Overall our family had a lovely time, I wouldn't go back, simply because I seen it all, but I will keep my fond memories forever. Enjoy
