Nice hotel but very small rooms

Friendly staff, excellent food, clean hotel, nice pool and choice of bars. Only problem was the rooms were around the pool and overlooking each other. They were very small and the bathroom (if thats what you call it) was tiny. The bath is the size of a shower tray and could do with modernising. Good hotel for young friends who dont mind the hostel feel to the rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel with friends and family on average 3-4 times a year, it is in a convientent places away from the noise of the night clubs but near enough for all the night life. Excellent for disabled as my wife is a wheelchair user and we stay in the annexe buildings attached to the main hotel.

Lovely hotel, food great, friendly staff, exceptionally clean. very good value for money. My only minor complaint was that the music at the pool was too loud.

the hotel was very nice ,very clean meals very good pools and out door activaties very good...the only thing wrong was the bathroom....no bidet...
and the bath was about 2 foot rquare and the so called shower was useless..for this reason we would not stay at the pueblo again

We stayed at the pueblo for 3 nights from the 9th may and really enjoyed it.The location is brilliant,two mins walk away from the square,with all the pubs in town.Also just two minitues right of the hotel is the best restauraunt and bar in benidorm,The Magic roundabout,we stayed at the pueblo on bed and breakfast which was lovley.The family entertainment was great and the cleaners came in every day and all the pool area was nice and clean.

stayed at pueblo 16 april for one week, we were highly satisfied clean rooms with daily maid and clean towels , food was good with plenty of choice, staff were friendly except for occasional ones, but that is spain. we would definately stay there again.

Having previously stayed at the pueblo 7 times before, I knew what to expect - and I wasn't disapointed! I arrived about midnight to a very welcoming reception - nothing is too much trouble for ANY of their staff. Following a hearty breakfast (as usual) I make my way around the surrounding area. Travel has gone up slightly this year - but its still great value for money. The rooms of this hotel are of a high standard, and being on the wrong side of 65 and travelling on my own, I find them VERY comfortable. I sometimes stay in the annex rooms - as they are at ground floor level - these are double rooms, and at no extra cost are of excellent value and oodles of space! Evening meal is exactly to my taste buds - If it weren't for all the walking I do around Benidorm during the day I would certainly gain a good stone during the course of my stay. The whole Pueblo experience is why I have, and I will continue to stay in this hotel. This is my second home....I even receive Christmas cards! can't wait for my next visit..........Book Now!
