Great Location, has character

This is a hotel in a great location. It's great value and has so much character due to it's age.
We travelled with my husbands daughter and two teenage sons, they had a triple room which was very spacious and had two double beds for them. We had a smaller double room but it was clean and we had clean towels every day.
Location of hotel is great just a few steps from Time's Square.
We had breakfast at our usual place which is the Olympic Diner on 8th Ave just passed 48th Street, great food and service at a good price e.g. Juice, coffee (free refills), 2 eggs, fried potatoes and two slices of toast all for $5.10! Also the Scarlatto Restaurant a couple of doors down from the hotel has excellent food, great service and atmosphere.
Would definately stay at the Edison again.
