Fantastic Hotel

This is a great hotel and in my opinion should have a 5 star rating. The staff are very friendly and the room we stayed in was fantastic,very clean and tidy. As for the breakfast, well this was second to none. Also the food for Valentines night and the Bistro resturant were excellent. I will be going back.

nice hotel

Very nice atmospheric hotel set on lovely grounds, historical photos of early 1900s Ireland hanging all around hotel is really interesting and is like taking a step back in time. We upgraded to a superior room which was lovely but a little smaller than we expected. Breakfast was plentyfull and delicious. Only negative was the condition of the leisure centre for a 4star hotel, it was very runned down and the women and mens steam rooms, jacuzzi, sauna were seperated which basically meant when we went to use it as a couple away for the night we didnt see each other except in the pool, having said that if you want a hotel away from the hussel and bussel of Dublins traffic but are near enough to great shopping areas we would recommend this hotel
