Rooms at the back very small and window had frosted glass. We booked six months before we went but when we got there we were told our booking was too late to get one of the front rooms. paid very little for room so got what we paid for. On the upside the staff were very nice and cleaning lady done a great job on the rooms. lovely to sit outside hotel with champagne cocktails watching the world go by.

The hotel was up to it's usual high standard of friendliness and cleanliness. Looking forward to doing it again very soon

I have stayed in the Cabello many times and the accommodation is exactly as described - it is spotlessly clean, birght and airy - it is a family run hotel and the owners and staff are really welcoming and such lovely people and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are cleaned daily and the location is perfect

Hi Hotel in an excellent position for the beach, shops and restaurants and very good value for money

Comfortable room and friendly service, a bit noisy but bearable.

A hotel that has a typical homely Spanish atmosphere, nice and quiet with a basic continental breakfast of bread roll and coffee. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always willing to help with any problems that may occur. The amenities are a bit old fashioned but the rooms and facilities are cleaned every day to a high standard. Not for young families though no entertainment other than local artists outside. It is literally yards from the beach and close to other bars and cafe's with plenty of shops we will be returning next year

We have stayed at this hotel several times on our visits to the Costa Del Sol. The staff are lovely and the rooms clean and spacious and several have a view of the sea. We would always choose this little family run hotel.

Just got back from another 10 super days holiday at the Cabello. Although only a 1 star hotel this place for us has everything we need, comfy clean beds, bath and shower and a stunning sea view. The toasted baguettes and coffee for breakfast eaten outside on the terrace was a lovely start to the beautiful hot days. The staff were friendly and pleasant and drinks prices I would say are the cheapest in the area. The feria procession on 16th July came past the Cabello, so we were able to watch it from our room. All in all a truly super stay at this little gem of a hotel.

HOTEL CABELLO IS A FAMILY RUN HOTEL. IT IS IN THE PERFECT LOCATION, THE BEACH IS A FEW MINUTES AWAY AND THERE ARE MANY BARS AND RESTAURANTS IN THE VICINITY. THERE IS ALSO AN EXCELLENT SHOPPING AREA. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. THE ROOMS ARE CLEANED EVERY DAY, BEDS MADE AND FRESH TOWELS AND LINEN LEFT. THERE IS NO POOL OR SUNBED TERRACE SO MAY NOT APPEAL TO SOME PEOPLE. THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME THERE AND WE INTEND BOOKING AGAIN.

its to cheap,can cost twice

Cabello staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was basic but clean with an amazing sea view and the fountain was most enchanting,. Location was perfect. My stay at the Cabello was very special and I will be returning.

The Cabello is a small hotel but it is in a fantastic postion, you step out of the hotel and about its a minutes walk onto a fantastic beach, it is surrounded by nice resturants and shops but is never noisy, the rooms are basic but cleaned everyday and the view over the sea is a 5* view, the staff are friendly and helpfull, the breakfast is a fresh toasted bap and the hot chocolate is the best i have tasted! will def be back next year.

We have stayed at the Hotel Cabello twice before and the staff are amazing, the location is fantastic and the price is always very reasonable. The rooms are basic but immaculate and cleaned everyday. This hotel is great if you get out and about throughout the day and just need a base to sleep!

Fantastic location. Friendly staff, small and basic but clean and everything you need for a short stay. Rooms facing the sea are great but the rooms at the back can feel hot and dark.

basic accomodation but spotlessly clean run by a very nice spanish family, maid service everyday. Price includes small breakfast. We have stayed several times and have booked to go again, excellent location and great base, would def recommend

Nice little central hotel with tasty champagne cocktails. Basic but what do you expect for the price

For the price we have to honestly tell- this was the best. Nice location, chill-out athmosphere, great and friendly servise, clean room... absolutelly without any complaint. Next time, when we will be in Torremolinos, Hotel Cabello will be our choise number one. :o)

My 3rd stay in the area - this hotel is great cause the location: overlooking the sea and right on the square with the fountain...... No pool but who cares if the beach is 50 metres away.... Lovely staff, too - rooms are OK, basic but clean
