What our customers say

Just after to returning from a fanatastic weekend here. Have to say it is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. From moment we arrived all staff were very friendly and efficient. If they noticed you were nearly finished a drink they would ask if you liked some more. The lobby or atrium is one of the most impressive I have seen with visitors taking pictures of it as though it was a tourist attraction. Room had everything you could need although it was a little small. But very comfortable. If you are staying on the weekend you won't notice the renovation work but when we were leaving Monday we could here hammering from about 9:30. Food was excellent if a bit pricey. About 20 euro for fish and chips in the bar and about 5 euro for a bottle of Heiniken. They have a tour stand in the lobby where you can book all the tours and be collected at the hotel. The old town is about 10-15 mins walk away. I felt very safe walking around here and enjoyed the experience. Plenty to see and do. One of the best cities and best hotels I have been too and saved 100 euro by booking with alpharooms.
