What our customers say

First off, we got a great rate from Alpharooms for this 4* Hilton: £75 for B&B and, although the bookind said Continental breakfats, we actually we offered a full breakfast.  This hotel proved to be an excellent place to stay just outside of the central zone of London and yet with good public transport access to all parts of the Capital.  We were allocated a comfortable twin-bedded room with good facilities and the check-in staff were friendly.  Breakfast in the Imbue restaurant was a bit of a scrum.  The dining room was very crowded and the buffet area became somewhat overwhelmed. However, the food was good and the staff coped well with the crowd.  Like all hotels, you'd be wise to avoid the minibar; very expensive.  Similarly, the coffee lounge near the lobby charges around £3.50 for a regular cup of your choice of coffee; ther's a Starbucks at Shepherds Bush, just down the road.  That said, the lounge was comfortable and, again, the staff were friendly; a convenient meeting place, even if the coffee is expensive.  The only downside in the lobby area was the number of people smoking.  The coffee lounge was non-smoking, but the signs were small and the staff had to police this on a regular basis.  In general, the ground floor area mixed smoking with non-smoking rather like the airlines did a few years back.  If, like us, you arrive by car, the underground car park is good value, for London, at £15 overnight.  Overall, if you can get this hotel at the same rate as us, you shouldn't be disappointed with anything you find.
