Rooms very nice. Conciage service not availably after 6.00p.m. Some twat on the desk, who does'nt know anything..!!
Breakfasts VERY EXPENSIVE and not very good. Scrambled eggs cold, and bacon fatty and cold. Not worth the money, so we went out every morning for B'fast.!!
Bar EXTORTIONATE.. so they lost our business there as well.
Service very poor on the Pontoon. But at least you can get free drinks, as they are not switched on and have'nt had a clue what you've had all day.
Menu also very poor for lunch on the Beach. Not everybody wants a huge lunch, and there were NO sandwiches or snacky things. Also no carafes of wine which they do EVERYWHERE else.. either a glass or a bottle. Not very satisfactory.
We might be picky, but my boyfriend and myself would be fabulous "Troubleshooters" and going undercover into Hotels, to put on the menu what people want.
