Hi Condes Alcudia Hotel

We have just come back from a week stayin all inclusive in the Condes de Alcudia. This was our second time to stay in this hotel. We had a fantastic time. Food was brilliant with plenty to choose from. Good activities for both adults & children during the day and entertainment at night was great. It is a well located hotel, with great views of the sea & mountains. Very clean and will run hotel. Would higly recommend it for all age groups.

Stayed at the Condes for a week in August' reception was helpful if you had a problem, room was on the 8th floor with a view to the mountains(we were at the back of the hotel) and clean, with towels replaced dailly as long as you didn't hang them up after use, downside was having to hire appliances such as a radio and kettle, food was very good with wine supplied if wanted, pool was ok, poolside bar was fine but go all inclusive as your spending could soon mount up. Alcudia beach is excellent,biggar than Pollenca and Formentor beaches. Plenty good resturants along the main strip and some good Bars too. Kids enjoyed the entertainment at the hotel as did most adults. All in all, we had a terrific time there, already booked to go back in June, re-review then.

Visited this hotel with 12 family members, aged from 16 to 70. The food was excellent, the best we have ever had for all inclusive 3*. The local brand drinks were fine and you could get as many as you wanted each visit to the bar. There are two lifts that take 4 people each, so it was rarely a problem. The stairs are good exercise if you are reasonably fit anyway. The rooms were very clean and the towels changed everyday. The staff were friendly and the evening entertainment was very good. The daytime activities included rifle shooting, boules etc. The location is great, minutes from a lovely beach and safe bathing. 5 or 10 minutes walk to the harbour. Lots of shops and restuarants nearby. The only negatives would be that the hotel grounds are not very big. The area around the pool is crammed with sunbeds but still not enough for all the guests. If you like the beach than this isn't a problem. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the hotel.

The hotel staff could not be faulted, they were always cheerful and very obliging. The rooms were kept clean and fresh linen was provided daily, the saloon, dining room and inside areas were clean and presentable.
If I have any critisism of the hotel it was the lack of control of the outside areas, around the pool, the bar and the stage. There were very few children there but those that were there were allowed to run riot even while the entertainment was on, which started after 2100 hrs.

This hotel was very clean,food ok,but be aware if you are a smoker you can not smoke anywhere inside only your room.As it was raining and cold all the entertainment was inside a group of us were outside with blankets from our room around us.

WHAT CAN I SAY! FOR A 3* HOTEL THIS WAS EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY.  WE HAVE STAYED IN ALOT WORSE.  THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY AND KEPT TO EXCELLENT STANDARDS.  FOOD WAS GOOD AND LOTS OF CHOICE EVERYDAY.  THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND CHANGED TWO OF OUR ROOMS TO TOP FLOOR FRONT FACING ROOMS WHICH HAD EXCELLENT VIEWS OVER THE BAY AND MARINA.  THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THE LIFTS WERE VERY SMALL (2 PERSONS) WHICH WAS A BONUS AT THE END OF THE WEEK, AS ALL THE CALORIES GAINED FROM THE RESTAURANT WERE BURN'T OFF FROM MORE USEAGE OF THE STAIRS!!!

a well situated hotel close to the beach. the hotel staff are very friendly and keen to please .rooms cleaned to a good standard every day.the food served was reasonable most days and again dining areas were well kept.
i read previous reviews and most say pretty much the same and i cant disagree with most of them.the only minus point was the lifts as there were only two for such a big hotel but you just have to wait your turn and after all why rush. CHILL OUT YOU ARE ON HOLIDAY.

The Hotel was clean and tidy at all times, the maid service was excellent the food was great plenty to choose from and it is a short walk from the beach which is good because the pool at the hotel was very small and the terrace was also very small we went in may when the hotel was about 65% occupied and we never managed to get by the pool to sunbathe. There are two bars but there is only one bar open at a time. On the first floor there is a quieter room but you have to get your drinks from downstairs and carry them up. There are two lifts in the hotel which operated very quickly the only problem is that the lifts only take a maximum of 4 people or 450kg they are very small. It was a comfortable hotel but we have stayed in better
