just back from 9 days in glorious sunshine superb holiday apts very clean fresh bedding and towels daily the view over the bay from our balcony was amazing 2 super pools and even better sun terrace small park for kids and a great kids club with very friendly staff good food from the pool side bar apts in good location for families were a 10 minute stroll will take you into magaluf or palma nova and 5 minutes to the beach will be back for the 3rd time next summer

3 day short break, great apartment, clean, 2 pools brilliant, night life fab, some noisy young ones back in earloy hours but we were with them so no problem. close to beach.

lovely hotel, friendly staff who speak good english. Apartment nice and clean and simple. pool area kept clean and tidy. never bought from bar or restaurant so unsure of value for money there, would def go again!

The apartments were in a great location, however we felt that they felt slightly grubby and had maybe been cleaned at the end of the summer season and had not been refreshed at the beginning of the new season. Fabulous views over Plma Nova, but unfortunately both swimming pools were in the shade and very cold.

perfectly clean pool area and rooms with only a short walk to beach and shops, the only fault was the hill, not to steep but could be a pain for prams or wheel chairs, i strongly recommend this hotel as i had a brilliant time xxx

We have just come back (11/10/07) from a brillant holiday. The apartments are well equipped and the views are outstanding. As it was October there was not alot of sun on the swimming pool so therefore we did not use it as it was too cold, but this did not affect our holiday as the beach is only a short walk down the hill. Would definitley recommend this hotel and Alpha Rooms as booking facility as there were no problems and it was easy to do. Excellent value for money.

Just arrived back from a weeks stay at the Hawaii Apts in Palma Nova (29th May - 5th June) Palma Nova is beautiful, Beach breath taking, people friendly, Good food and wine in abundance. The apartments are basic but the views from the room and pool area are out of this world and make up for the little dated interior of the apts. Our room looked out over the sea and were cleaned every day, with fresh towels supplied. The pool area also looked out over the beach/sea with plenty of beds. Snack bar had great value snacks and drinks weren't too expensive. The childrens entertainers Junior and Melanie were superb with our two boys aged 9 and 6 (so much so they didn't want to leave the apartments day or night). The apts are in a great position on the edge of Palma Nova but not quite in Magaluf. This is a great family holiday. Cant wait to go back. Excellent Value - Fab Holiday!!!

We were a little apprehensive as we did not know what to expect of our first trip booked without a tour operator. We needn't have worried: the Hawaii Torrenova Apartments were a good choice. The apartment was big, clean and had a great sea view. We were five minutes walk from Palma Nova and far enough away from Magaluf - it was really quiet and ideal for families. Our daughter loved the kids club and the evening entertainment was great for kids. If I could say anything negative, it would be that the bar staff could be friendlier, but the reception staff were helpful and the kids entertainers were fantastic. The transfer (also organised by Alpharooms) was also very good and the staff there were also very helpful. We would probably use Alpharooms again and would also stay at these apartments again.

We have just come back from our holiday at the hawaii apartments which was recommended to us by family who have been regularly. We were very impressed with the apartments. The view we had was fantastic and an extremely private balcony. As it was quite early in the season the weather wasn't great every day but the resort more than made up for it as there is plenty to do all within a short walk. We weren't brave enough to venture into Magaluf as there seemed to be a lot of stag and hen parties so stuck to Palma Nova. Overall the apartment complex was very clean and the maid service was very good. The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We will be definitely going back in the future and would probably stay here again.

Fantastic location, great sea view. Iwould'nt say the hill was steep as some people had said.  The rooms could be updated but kept clean, fresh towels daily. We were self catering plenty of fab restuarants nearby. Try the Indian upstairs above Katie's and next door BBQ. 5 min walk into magaluf good 2 4 1 offers.

We have just got back from a wonderful 10 days in Majorca!  Our apartment, although basic, was wonderful and we couldn't have asked for a better view!!  I could lie in bed and see the sea and we could even feed the fish from our balcony.  We were near enough to the beach, restaurants and nightlife so that we didn't have to walk to far for anything but we were far enough away for it to be quiet at night.
I would recommend these appartments to anyone wishing to have a holiday in Majorca, it was blissful!

When my wife and I arrived at Hawaii Torrenova and were given our apartment, we were alarmed that it was probably the only apartment that did not overlook the sea! It was dark and although it has a patio, this was shaded by quite a large tree. I immediately went to the reception and asked for the room to be changed and was told to return the next day at 10:30am to see if there were any rooms available. Imagine our surprise when at 10:15 the next morning, reception telephoned us on the hotel line and saoid they had a change of room if that what we still wanted. The new room was excellent, a great view of the sea and beach, spotlessly clean and with all the usual bits and pieces including a toaster!! The maid service was excellent, the pools (of which there were two and two for kids as well) were clean and the outside bar/catering was fantastic. We are already planning next years stay!!!

Stayed Spring Bank week 2006. Apartments well located for both beach and either quieter or livelier bars and restaurants. Only 2 mins walk down to beach and 2-3 mins walk to 'the strip' at night but far enough not to know it's there when you want a quiet night's kip! Glorious views over the bay.

Apartment basic but sizeable and clean. Towels changed  + beds made daily, clean bedding twice in the week. Good powerful shower! Pool bar food very disappointing but only 2 mins walk to variety of restaurants or pubs/cafe bars on promenade. All in all good value for money and we would stay again if revisiting Palma Nova.

I stayed at the hawaii a couple of years ago on my own,this time I managed to persuade 12 friends to come along. The facilities were great back then but this year its had a bit of a face lift and the bar/pool areas are now exceptional. The apartments are spacious, spotlessly clean with a fantastic bathroom and the rooms are cleaned every day. The self catering facilities are again great,everything you need including toaster/kettle which isn't something you always get but ended up being an essential during our stay, and of course a fridge for your beer!
The location is perfect, the apartments overlook the sea and are just a few minutes walk from "son matias" beach or in the other direction "magalluf" beach. The top end (best end) of magalluf strip is only 5 minutes walk away, but you can just as easily walk into palma nova.
This isn't just a place for singletons, famillies and children are really well catered for aswell although we refrained from testing out the ball pit!
The Hawaii really does tick all the boxes. I have stayed in Magalluf/Palma nova 7 times in the last 2 years and this is up there as the best.
