On arrival we were made so welcome by the bar staff we were given a glass of wine,beer or fruit juice, the children were given fruit juice cocktails. We were also served with a bowl of crispa and nuts. The staff asked us all our names and where we came from the children were so excited. We were then helped to our rooms with our luggage, We didnt even unpack we went straight back down stairs and spent our whole evening there. Our maids were in every day with clean towels, she made the beds and tidied up the service was fantastic. We are booking up to go back next year we were so impressed. My motherinlaw was at a 5star hotel next to us and it was loveley to look at but the service and staff were not so friendly, We sprnt most of our time at hotel hawii becvause of the atmosphere and the really friendly staff. I can not praise the hotel enough they made our holiday one of the best so far. We still keep in touch with the staff and hope to do so for a long time. Our children still go on about them and e mail them.
