We stayed here,prior to our tour departed and for one night after the tour finished.On both occasions we were served by 'ERIC'on reception who was so polite and fiendly.The hotel I thought was quite ipressive considerng the reviews I had read before.A very Spanish feel to it.We took the courtsey bus to and from the airport,took around 10-15 minutes.The room was large,clean,bathroom,was sufficient.We had some food at the hotel which was really good and reasonale,with great service.On our return we had a day bfore our flight and when we eventually found the pool, was gorgeous quite and relaxing...Highly recommended for 1/2 nights,I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was close to the Airport did not have to wait long at the Airport for the shuttle to turn up. The guy who picked me and my boyfriend up was very friendly took both our bags when we got on and off the shuttle. Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive at the reception till 1am. There was a chinese guy on the reception who was not very friendly ignored me and my partner for 10 minutes which was very unhelpful but after that there were other people working on the front desk that were very helpful. The hotel was very clean it was easy to get transport each day by doing a ten minute walk to the metro line did not not find the hotel to noisy. The great thing about this hotel is that if you needed to eat there is quite a few restuarants around just by crossing the road. The only problem we had was that the heating was not working the first few days and that the lift got stuck a few times apart from that i quite enjoyed staying at the hotel and would most probably go back in the future.

Main problem with hotel is proximity to LA - it is Noisy!
Double glazing would help, triple would be perfect!
The single glazed windows and thin outer walls in the 'tower', are "Not the Best!"
Cheap and cheerful otherwise

We booked on line and we were really impressed when we got there. Room was clean and nice and staff at reception and Guest Service were very helpful. They organised pickup for our following day tour in LA and drop-off to the airport after the tour. We will definitelly choose this hotel again for our next trip to LA.

I stayed here with my two sisters on our tour of America last summer. We booked htis in advance of our travels as it was so cheap. We were very impressed by the hotel all around- from the courtesy shuttle bus that collected us from the airport, to the lovely mexican feel to the hotel decor, the satelite television in room, swimming pool and jacuzzi outside... I would without a doubt recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheap, convenient hotel in LA (although it is out of the centre of town a bit) and would return to this hotel if I was ever in the area again.
