VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. HOTEL IS A BIT SHODDY NEEDS REDECORATING . I WOULD NOT CLASS IT AS 4 STAR.NO COMPLAINT WITH HOUSEKEEPING FOOD OR STAFF . ALSO THE MAIN POOL WAS OUT OF COMMISSION. I UNTERSTAND THAT WORK ON THE POOLS HAVE TO BE CARRIED AT SOME STAGE BUT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS WHEN I WAS BOOKING.ONLY CHILDRENS POOL WAS AVAILABLE. IF I HAD THIS INFOMATION I WOULD HAVE STAYED AT ANOTHER HOTEL . ALSO I HAVE A COMPLAINT WITH ALPHA ROOMS . I PAID FOR A SUPERIOR ROOM BUT I GOT A STANDARD ROOM WITH SEAVIEW. I DONT THINK I WILL BE USING ALPHA ROOMS AGAIN.
