We went for a short break and were very impressed, we asked for a pool/sea view and got both ! Hotel/room very clean, reception staff helpful and friendly. Great location (200m from beach).

For what we paid with Alpharooms for 5 nights I think we got a brilliant deal, it did warrant 3 star everything was spot on you just need to use your imagination regarding the evening meal we just ate plenty of salads and went back for some hot foods. It was fantastic for anyone with disabilities regarding walking as the hotel was disable friendly and the location was very good too. I must admit I thought the reception staff could have been friendlier but then we didnt have much to do with them really, everyone else was fine. If we went back to Salou we would definitely stay here again just for a quick break I dont think I would go to Salou for any longer than we did as there is not enough to do there but that is my opinion. If you like to sit by the pool or on the fantastic beach all day then go for it. Adios

Very clean hotel, the location is excellent as very central. The food was only average. My main complaint was the attitude of the staff. A couple of the staff were friendly, but the rest were miserable and everything was an effort for them. The staff could spoil your holiday. Average 3star hotel

H10 Salou Princess

Stayed at H10 Salou Princess spring bank week so though it would be quite busy with it being school holidays. Not many children mainly older retired couples which was fine because our children had the pool to themselves most days! Hotel nice and clean and there was plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant at night and in the morning for breakfast. On the negative side though, this hotel is located on a VERY VERY busy main road which has constant traffic, really difficult to cross the road although there is a crossing further down the road. The traffic didn't ease at night and the noise kept me awake, although if you have a room overlooking the pool you can't hear it. Overall very good hotel.

Salou Princess is an excellent hotel to stay in. Ideal for a short break, as we stayed for 4 days. The standard is high, reception staff and bar staff are very helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean and tidy, and cleaned every day. The only criticism is that rooms are not ready until 1.00pm, and we arrived at 10:30am. There is a bank located in the reception which is very useful, but you can also change money at reception.  This hotel is in an excellent location, about 3 minute walk to the beach, and 4-5 minute walk to the main strip - although it was nice enough to stay around the hotel at night as there are plenty of bars and restaurants to visit on the same road - you can sit outside and watch the world go by. The train stop is just opposite the hotel, on other side of the street, this takes you directly to Portaventura - This is a must :-). Overall rating and value for money - 5. We will be booking for next year!

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and excellent service. We stayed here for one week (June 06)and found it to be very central to everything, the rooms are nice there is maid service daily. Food not too bad, plenty of choice, we would stay here again. Our only gripe would be that the room didn't come with a fridge. ( can hire one 28 euros )

Absolutely Fabulous

The hotel bedrooms are comfortable clean and well appointed. Maid service every day along with clean towels. The food was surprisingly good , buffet style with plenty of choice and of a good quality no complaints. All staff were pleasant and efficient. The pool area was well maintained, spacious and plenty of loungers. Would have no problem recommending this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

initially disappointed as hotel I had booked was unavailable, Salou Princess was offered as an alternative 3* at no extra cost.
food, facilities, cleanliness and location of the highest standard and they are still busy in April.
my only criticism would be the provision of "triple" rooms,
as a single mum with two teenagers, a proper extra bed is a bonus. but the rooms are not designed for 3 beds. the headboard is fixed so two of us slept under a bed side light that did not move, also any movements kept switching on the bedside light switches.

Having just returned from Salou for the second year, staying at the same H10 Salou Princess Hotel. My party consisting of 6, which include 4 teenages of 15/16 would like to praise the staff at this Hotel for being so helpful and friendly, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and holiday in Salou.  The hotel was clean and a great selectin of food served daily. We stayed full board but usually only managed to wake up for lunch which started being served at 12:30pm, (breakfast during 8:00 - 10:00 am).  The hotel had evening entertainment everyday and was in walking distance for everything, the beach, the theme Park, Porta Ventura only a 10 bus ride away, (bus stops right outside the hotel), shops, launderette across the road and of course the nightlife for the teenagers.  If you have teenagers i would definitly recommend this hotel for your holiday anyday.

If you are going to Salou this hotel is a must, rooms are very clean and tidy and of a high standard, it offers a large selection of both hot and cold food in a very well organised and immaculate resturant, staff are very helpfull and polite, pool area offers plenty of space with jaccuzzi and plenty of shade if required, could do with more lifts as these are always full and can take some time to come. But on the whole a great hotel.
