The H10 Rubicón Palace is located right at the foot of Montaña Roja volcano near the fishing town of Playa Blanca, in the south of the island of Lanzarote. This was a really nice hotel. All inclusive is the way to go- and it did not cost much extra. Well worth it. A bit far out from Playa Blanca but regular shuttle bus and cheap taxis. Most staff were very efficient and friendly. The food was as good as you can expect for a 'bain marie' buffet. Treat yourself to a slap up paella on the beach elsewhere!
