Great if they fix the food

We have stayed here five times as the location is ideal. Also good for wheelchairs. Take a high floor sea view room if, like us, you like to watch all the boat activity in the harbour. No aircon but in May or earler no problem -- can't speak for high summer. Mainly flat (all off roads) all the way to Playa Los Americas. The Sunday market almost next door is the best we have seen anywhere.
Evening entertainment a bit limited and the food is very 3 star for dinner. We keep going back for the location.

H10 oasis Moreque

This was our first time at this hotel, we had the sea view, i wasn`t very impressed that the rooms didn`t have air-conditioning. there was alot of builing work going on that started at 7am in the morning. The food isn`t that nice, nothing is labled and you can`t recognise what it is either, the plates were dirty and we asked for them to be cleaned and something to be done about it but the problem was still there when we left, because its so close to the harbour, you can hear all the ferrys arriving and leaving making a noise. the entertainment was ok, and there was alot of things to do. The maid was very quick and was very good, i don`t think we will be going to this hotel again though.

ihave been twice to this hotel with my husband and we are going again in o6 the staff are very good and helpful the entertaiment is very good and the staff that do it do a lot for all ages

the h10 oasis moreque was lovely to stay at all the staff was very friendly including the lifeguard the entertainment was really good the entertaining guys was really funny and i liked them the pool was nice always packed though they had activities for all ages the rooms was really good they was cleaned every day i would love to go and stay there again its the best holiday ive had in ages me and my family met some lovely people there as well it was a shame to leave but i certainly want to go back there

very nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, food was lovely plenty of choice, swimming pool bit small however, plenty of beds but nowhere to put them !! cant comment on the entertainment as we never stopped in at nite to watch it. we went to beach every day which was great, soft sand clear waters. we went middle september probably a bit quieter but still busy especially sunday when market open. Lovely harbour area to wander round plenty of bars and cafes but also plenty of unwanted attention from street sellers! enjoyed our week and would go back again.
