Hotel is very conveniently located. We have just returned from 10 days there in March this year. Our room was on the 3rd Floor facing inland, the room was comfortable and had all your basic needs, however there are no tea/coffee facilities provided, which is poor for a 4 star hotel. Found the staff at reception & in the restaurant rather unfriendly & meal times in the restaurant are very hectic & nobody seems to have the time for general plaesantaries, also be prepared for queues to be seated in the evening.Bar staff were very friendly but not enough of them to cope with demand.Evening entertainment was fairly good with a choice of the Piano Bar or the main entertainment area.
The grounds & pool areas were very nice but be prepared to pay for sunbeds/towels. Only 60 cents per day pp but again, not something you expect to have to pay at a 4 star hotel.
Overall an enjoyable holiday but could be so much better if Management invested in some serious Customer service training for staff. A smile doesn't cost anything!!
