Hotel and staff lovely as usual. Stayed in Gran Tinerfe on three occasions. This time I felt the standard of dress code for evening dinner had gone done a little for four star hotel. Men in t-shirts and on occasion track suit bottoms. Some ladies in clothes that left very little to the imagination. Not appropriate for family eating times. No air conditioning in dining room during dinner at all and the heat was quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, lovely holiday and top class servise from Alpharooms.

Hi - my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at H10 Gran Tinerfe over the Christmas. The hotel, staff, food and location was very good - not too mention the overall cost of the holiday. This is now the second holiday I have booked via Alpha and I have been extremeley satisfied on both ocassions and would definately book via Alpha again. Oh, I will also recommend your company to my friends as well.

we have been to this hotel several times and we can't imagine ever getting bored with it. there is nothing to fault, although this time we found the water in the room slightly cold. we completed the room service fault form and by the time we had returned to our room after a day on very spacious poolside we had hot water. we were able to have lovely shower before going down to the dining room to be shown to our table before selecting from a huge choice, a lovely meal. we will be returning without a doubt.

we stayed there for 7 nights and the hotel was fantastic. my partner had an accident while we there and they couldn,t do enough. the staff were excellent, plenty pools so we never had a problem getting a sunbed and yes it was busy at that time of year. entertainment was good but a bit draining hearing it repeated in 4 languages but its a top class hotel so this does happen.
food was best i have had in hotels and i am a seasoned traveller. it was well presented, loads of choice and the dining room decor was spectacular. rooms were well above average and facilities were good in the rooms as well. clean and very well maintained. tenerife is not my favourite place but i would definately go back just to stay in this hotel
