This ia a marvellous hotel and we have stayed here on four occasions. It gets better each time and staff never change. On a Price Value ratio it is impossible to find better. Its convenience to Barcelona and the excellent beach and quirky town are an additional bonus.
Many people would enjoy it better if the knew hoe to cope with buffet meals.
1. On your first visit to the dining room walk around and get to know the main featires and layout of the food. Find the toasters at breakfast and note the Microwave and Coffee machine.
2. Couples shoild split the roles...one gets the toast,butter jan etc while the partner makes coffee ,juices and water.
3. With a buffet there are always dishes not hot enoigh. Two tips....be patient and wait until a new tray is laid out and pounce or heat the bacon, scrambled eggs and soup in thr microwave.
There are always meat and fish dishes cooked in the dining room on the grill. Thet are always delicious. By the way , the eggs are fried in the dining and the chef will turn them if you don't like sunnyside up.
3. The range of salads are outstanding so try something new and don't always expect top cuts of meat and fish..try the delicious grilled sardines or machrael, enjoy the expensive salmon,tuna and swordfish. I enjoy the rabbit, liver pork ribs.
4. Finally every day there is an exceptional range of Spainish soups and stews...each is a meal on its own.
