Establishment The H.Top Amaika Hotel features interiors inspired by the luxury of the Titanic and is situated in Calella, just 62 kilometres from the heart of Barcelona. The en suite guest rooms overlook the swimming pool or surrounding area and are fully equipped with all of the modern amenities required for a comfortable stay.The H.Top Amaika Hotel boasts a wide range of facilities to suit the needs of the business and leisure traveller alike, including Internet access, a swimming pool, exercise room, sauna, Jacuzzi, mini-club and entertainment programme as well as parking and conferencing space. As a special bonus each guest booked on an All Inclusive package gets one free entry to the Castell Medieval (discounted transport is available from the hotel). In addition Monday to Friday a host of other excursions are available to All Inclusive customers although these are payable. For the convenience of guests a shuttle bus runs every day between all H Top hotels in the Costa Brava and Costa Maresme, providing access to the facilities of other H Top hotels in the area.

This ia a marvellous hotel and we have stayed here on four occasions. It gets better each time and staff never change. On a Price Value ratio it is impossible to find better. Its convenience to Barcelona and the excellent beach and quirky town are an additional bonus. Many people would enjoy it better if the knew hoe to cope with buffet meals. 1. On your first visit to the dining room walk around and get to know the main featires and layout of the food. Find the toasters at breakfast and note the Microwave and Coffee machine. 2. Couples shoild split the roles...one gets the toast,butter jan etc while the partner makes coffee ,juices and water. 3. With a buffet there are always dishes not hot enoigh. Two tips....be patient and wait until a new tray is laid out and pounce or heat the bacon, scrambled eggs and soup in thr microwave. There are always meat and fish dishes cooked in the dining room on the grill. Thet are always delicious. By the way , the eggs are fried in the dining and the chef will turn them if you don't like sunnyside up. 3. The range of salads are outstanding so try something new and don't always expect top cuts of meat and fish..try the delicious grilled sardines or machrael, enjoy the expensive salmon,tuna and swordfish. I enjoy the rabbit, liver pork ribs. 4. Finally every day there is an exceptional range of Spainish soups and stews...each is a meal on its own.
