S'Illot is an easy-going beach resort located on Mallorca’s quieter eastern coast and is sandwiched between to two resorts of Cala Millor to the north and Porto Cristo to the south. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance of most hotels here, as is the popular gently-sloping sandy beach and attractive promenade. There is also a quieter cove nearby that's great for a relaxing swim, or for sunbathing. Glass bottom boat trips are popular here, and the nearby resort of Cala Millor offers another great beach and more local amenities. The nightlife in S'Illot is low-key, although lively bars and nightclubs are just a short taxi ride away in Cala Millor. This laid-back resort on is an ideal beach holiday for families of all ages and would also be enjoyed by couples looking for a holiday to get away from it all. Make sure you spend a day visiting the The Caves of Drach. Situated close to S'Illot, the caves are a famous attraction on this island, featuring spectacular caves and rock formations as well as a light and sound show during the guided boat tour.
