Located on the east coast, the small town sits atop a dramatic cliff providing spectacular sea views. The beach is small and can get crowded at busy periods, but it's a great place for children to play in the sand and clear shallow water. The small range of shops is adequate and the nightlife is low-key, so you may want to head to the nearby resorts for more variety. The purpose-built resort is family orientated and children who are old enough to amuse themselves should have a great time. Mobility-impaired visitors and families with children in pushchairs may have some difficulties due to the cliff top location. For those seeking to venture out of the resort experience the tropical surroundings and exotic wildlife at the Exotic Parque Los Pajaros, near to the resort. It even houses a children’s zoo which the kids will love.
