I stayed in this hotel for one night in Febraury 2008. It is very welll situated for the British Museum and for the West End, with only a short walk to Tottenham Court Road. The staff are pleasant and the room, although a little small, well appointed with everything you need for a short stay. The Continental Breakfast was good and the staff attentive. However, we did make breakfast very early in the morning and were one of the few people in the dining room. We did not use the bar or restaurant facilities during our short stay and thus cannot comment on those. Overall location is the main selling point of this hotel and the staff makes for a pleasant stay.
