A clean and well run hotel. The Grand Flora is on the main causeway which leads into Sorrento. It's well appointed for the centre of Sorrento as well as being an easy walk to the train station and the port. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Should you book this hotel insist on a floor other than the ground floor! Our room was on the ground floor far too close to the reception area. We could hear the phone in reception as well as people talking outside our room. Very little in the way of information either in the hotl room or in the reception area which is a shame for the independant traveller who does'nt wish to use holiday companies. If our room had been better positioned I would have rated The Grand Flora higher.
