Just returned from a weeks stay in October. Hotel staff very helpful.Room large and furnished in teak furniture which has recently been renewed. we had a room on the 5th floor and were facing the main road. The view was over a vineyard and houses. we got the sun for most of the day And were able to sit out on the balcony.
The hotel has a rooftop terrace and pool with fabulous views of Sorrento. Food was typically Italian in the evening with waiter service for the first 2 courses. You choose your own sweet - plenty of lovely cakes. Breakfast included eggs - boiled, fried and scrambled and either sausages or bacon. Also bread, croisants, cakes and fruit and pastries.
On Thursday evenings they have a gala night when the waiters dress in their best. This meal was excellent.
The hotel is only a couple of minutes from TASSO square and near to the railway and bus stations where you can travel to many locations including Amalfi,Positano,Herculaneum and Pompeii.
