I booked the Gran Guadalpin Banus hotel as an anniversary treat for myself and my wife, for a weekend break. After booking through Alpha Rooms, I contacted the hotel to ask about supplying Champagne and flowers for our arrival. I was informed of the charges straight away and upon check in the receptionist was discreet, knowing that this was a surprise for my wife. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was fabulous and had everything you would need, including a jaccuzi type bath. Our experience overall was probably one of the best short breaks we have ever had and I would rate the Gran Guadalpin Banus as one of the best hotels I have stayed in for the quality of service, location, frendliness of staff and overall standard of presentation. We will definitely be staying here again!!
