I will make this short and sweet, as it was our wedding anniversary we decided to take a break in the Gran Castilla Hotel, we chose this hotel as it was 5 star and expected 5 star treatment, when we were checking I felt uncomfortable with the receptionist, she asked me for a deposit of 100 euro as I forgot my credit card, I told her we were all inclusive , but she ignored me, we went to the restaurant for lunch and the waiter took are order an he wrote it down, I told him we were all in and he politely told me we should have bands on in which I knew but did not want to tell the girl at reception her job at the time of check in , I then went to reception and reminded the girl we were all in and we needed wrist bands, this is embarassing as I had already told her, the hotel is lovely and the room was fab, the food is what you would expect from all inclusive, it was nice, I would go back , however I would try another hotel or two in the same area as variety is the spice of life.
