Review of 'GOLDEN CROWN PARADISE SPA'

I visited the Golden Crown with my boyfriend in June and we had the best holiday of our life. The hotel is adults only and caters for all ages. If you do go book a deluxe room as you will get a jacuzzi and book a sea view as they views are spectacular! The hotel is extremely clean and staff are very friendly. The food at all four restaurants was great but our favourite was the old barn where you could get freshly cooked steak, burgers etc.
If you do venture out into party zone i recommend that you go with the hotel entertainment staff as they have sectioned v.i.p areas as some of the clubs can be very busy. Everyone must visit Coco Bongos!!!

Review of 'GOLDEN CROWN PARADISE SPA'

My Boyfriend and I stayed at this Hotel in April and we had a great time.

I would recommend this hotel to people who are between the ages of 18-late 30s. The food is really nice, there were 4 restaurants, each serving different types of food, one of which was a buffet restaurant. my favourite was the Old Barn where you could get steak and chicken dishes and didnt even have to make a reservation which you must often do in other hotels.

The pool was small, but never too crowded and everday there were games and activities there such as aqua aerobics and pool volleyball. There is nightly entertainment which is good, but I'd advise you to go into the centre of the hotel zone for better action!

The crowne paradise is its sister hotel and you can use all its facilities with a free, regular bus service to get you there. The downside to the otehr hotel is that there are loads of screaming kids running aroun- you wont get that at the Golden Crowne as it is over 18s only.

The rooms are cleaned everyday and are spacious enough. If you book at delux room, you also get a jacuzzi!

A choice of 4 on-site restaurants and several more available at the "sister" hotel - Crown Paradise - with a shuttle bus running at regular intervals; the food varies with a themed i.e. steakhouse, seafood, buffet style, and a very tasty a la Carte restaurant but the overall quality and selection was faultless.

The hotel was superb, daily room service keeping the tile floored plush rooms impeccable, either a selection of sea-view or lagoon view rooms. Staff, especially waiting staff in search of tips (5-10 peso's seems to suffice) are always eager to help. The hotel is situated off of the main road that all the other hotels are located which means a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop or taxi rank but only a 30 second walk to the crystal clear water and white sand of the hotel's private beach. Don't worry there are plenty of sun loungers if you wish to lay by one of the two pools or on the beach.

The vendors walking up and down the beach does tend to spoil the atmosphere but as they walk past in about 15 seconds you can live with it.
