Don't expect much, it's a budget hotel so you get the basic package. We asked to be on a lower floor but were put on 4th (no lift), which was ok for a young couple but maybe not for others (especially after a day's site-seeing). Also it seems in the main building that the rooms are better (probably the more expensive ones), the budget rooms are housed in an apartment block! Bathrooms new so that was a welcome surprise. Staff though gruff were helpful - they can tell you best buses to take etc. We were above breakfast area so noisy in morning if window open. Can't imagine staying in that room if it was in any way warm.... Location in slightly dodgy area, near Termini, but walk is 10-15mins to Coliseum/Trevi fountain etc. Recommend buses 40/40x/64 to get to Vatican/Trastevere - get tickets in Tobacco shops! Ok place to stay for a few nights but no more.
