Lots of noise,by younger guests, staff forgot to change beds on ly tidied the top cover, some rooms far to hot but ours was comfotubale. Breakfast disapointing, but felt like we were being watched incase we ate to much. Very noisie out side at night but thats expacted in London.

I only went for the night to stay after a Gig at Earls Court. It was fine, good shower, spacious room. Breakfast smelt lovely but I didnt have time! It was better than expected for a 2 star! Would stay there again if required.

The only good thing to say is that it was very cheap for London and easy to get to from the tube.
The room was shabby, the heating was on constantly at sauna level, it was loud, the breakfast was useless and check-in took forever as the staff were very disorganised!

The Basement room was ok and serve our purpose of a night stay over after a concert at Earls Court. However i have to say that
i was a little disappointed that we found a bit of rubbish down the side of the bed against the wall. Also there did not appear to be any facitity to turn off the radiator in the room which was far too hot. Apart from that i cannot fault it. We found the staff to be polite and helpful. All things considered i would stay here again.

It is a typical and small hotel however it make me and my father felt so comfortable and enjoyable. The garden make me felt so relax and always make me smell the fresh air!!
