The complex, which was established in 2001, is constructed in a modern style. The individual apartments are spread over a total of 4 floors. There are lifts within the hotel. In addition, there are sufficient numbers of parking spaces for those guests arriving by car. This modern apartment complex is located approximately 250 m from the best sandy beach of Denia in the resort area of Las Marinas. A range of shops and entertainment venues can be found around 200 m away. The apartments offer all the necessary comforts and are tailored to the needs of visitors. They feature 2-bed rooms with a combined bedroom/ lounge area and a separate bedroom. The majority include a balcony or terrace, which offer wonderful views over the surrounding area. All rooms come with a bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen range with a fridge and microwave oven, enabling guests to provide self-catering. A washing machine, a TV, a sofa, and air-conditioning are also provided in all accommodation units as standard. Guests can relax in the well-kept grounds where there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool.

We were very happy with the accommodation. The flat was very clean, comfortable and well equipped (apart from the lack of a kettle). The location was quiet, security on the block was good and a covered parking space was provided for each flat. Grounds and swimming pool were beautifully kept. We would certainly use this accommodation again.
