We arrived early on the day of our booking at the reception the young lady was very helpful, friendly and accommodating she enabled us to take our room there and then, which was some 5 hours prior to the normal time. She then gave us a map and information on the area, where the sites are located in Brussels. The hotel room where we stayed was facing the front of the street and was not noisy; the room was large, clean and equipped with T.V & analog box, air conditioning, adequate bathroom with free toiletries and enough towels. The bed was large and firm suited me perfect, we had to leave early the next morning and the receptionist arranged for us to take breakfast along with four other early guests. Breakfast was great, continental selection of ham and cheese, rolls and bread, fruit, sweet bakeries, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, plenty of coffee, tea - all in all fantastic. The interior of the hotel is clean and modern extremely well placed for the city centre can be reach via walking and close to buses and trams stops.
I recommend a stay at this hotel and if I am back in Brussels I shall definitely choose to stay here excellent value for money.
