Floresta

Stayed in one-bed apartment , clean & spacious. One large pool, three small pools all with salt water. Went all - inclusive which was good value for money, always something to eat, mainly fish, chicken or pork with plenty of salads, pasta & chips. Evening entertainment inside which was good on windy days but warm at other times. Entertainment the usual parrot, flamenco & reptile shows and two nights guy on a keyboard which was torture. Apartments close to shops, bars and restaurant, can hire bikes (incl family bike)close by and cycle to see planes taking off and landing, about a 30 min fast walk to Puerto Del Carmen or bus for 1 euro or taxi for 3.75euros.

Just got back yesterday from the Floresta and we have been going to Lanzarote for the past 8 years, these are the best apartments that we have stayed in. Newly refurbished last year, very clean and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, great location (beach and shops, bars and restaurants are just across the road) and the taxi rank and bus stop is right outside the reception. We requested an apartment on the top floor with a pool view and that is what we got. Some apartments also have sea views. There was never any problems getting sun loungers as there were plenty of sunbeds and the main pool was very spacious. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend these apartments for couples and families, not so much for younger people as the resort itself is very quiet and everywhere closes before midnight. Can't wait to go back again in September!
