Lovely hotel.Contempory rooms of a good size and very clean. Staff were very friendly and especially helpful. We had stayed 2 nights at the hotel prior to a weeks cruise to New England. On our return to New York we had an evening flight and nowhere to leave our massive cases for the day, however the Flatotel let us leave our cases there at no charge. Ray on the desk was lovely, we could have kissed him!
Hotel location is brilliant, 2 minutes walk to Times Square,5 mins to the Rockerfeller centre. 5th Avenue no more than 5 minutes walk.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again
