The cleanliness of the hotel was above criticism. The staff in the Bar, restaurant and reception were most helpful and efficient. The food was plentiful, well presented and well cooked. I really enjoyed my stay. Some will question it's location. It is remote, I knew this before I went and was not bothered by it. The hotel represented excellent value for money.

4th hol at the floral just got back june06 its still best hotel ive been2 resort is quiet with5english bars"talk of town"best by far.hotel daytime activities brill for adults&kids alike,shows at night good but karoke night a letdown.food excellent snacks good too.lido near pool is free admission&bar with your wristband,not as busy as the hotel pool guarenteed sunbeds.regular buses2 las americas&los christianos2euros.mount teidi trip brill we went on alday trip with hotel buy one get one free.two adults 34euros 5stops in different resorts.people went on halfday trip tour operators cost45euro each so we saved56euros less4 longer.aqua park cheaper2book top of road too

We stayed here in February 2006. We were very impressed with the hotel. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and the staff were very helpful and polite. We stayed 'all inclusive' and the food was very nice with a good variety to choose from. They even had a special 'kids buffet' which went down a treat. Despite having 4 lifts, we found that the only downside was that the lift didn't go all the way to ground floor where the restaurant was so we had to carry the baby's buggy up and down the spiral staircase. Entertainment for both the kids and the adults were superb - day and night. You certainly didn't have to leave the hotel for a good night out!

HOTEL VERY BASIC, BUT FANTASTIC, THIS IS MY FRIENDS AND MINE EIGHTH TIME THAT WE HAVE STAYED, HOTEL STAFF FANTASTIC, NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. LIFE GUARD IS VERY FRIENDLY AND GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP FIND SUNBEDS FOR YOU. ANIMATION TEAM, HYSTERICAL, THEY HAVE YOU LAUGHING DAY AND NIGHT,IF GIRLS ARE GOING ON THERE OWN, IT IS A SAFE ENVIROMENT TO STAY IN, HOPEFULLY WE WILL BE GOING BACK NEXT YEAR. LOVE IT

excellent from arrival to departure, all staff very helpful & polite,nothing too much trouble.hotel very clean.caters for all ages,kids & adult, entertainment through out the day & night.pool area very safe with life guard all day. lido has all type of games for kids & adults,also scuba diving. the food was excellent & catered for all tastes ,breakfast dinner or tea, the best holiday we have ever had would recomend to any one.

we stayed there for 3 weeks in april 2004.with 2 young children to keep happy it wasnt a problem hotel was quite basic but clean. food was great, and as for entertainment 10 out of 10 for effort kids entertainers brilliant .they kept the kids busy in the day and nighttime entertainment brilliant as well. the only down side was we won the bingo and left our money out of the safe which went missing next day,but dont let that put u off it hasnt us and we are going to its sister hotel next door in the near future
