First impression of reception was that due to its small size checking would be difficult and awkward as is is attached to the bar but could not be further from the truth as checking was great because I had not been forwarded the correct paperwork. It was quickly resolved by very help full staff. We were allocated a room on the top floor which gave us a great view of Benidorm. The room was very clean and decorated to a good standard. The kitchen was well equiped, plenty of cutlery, utensils, microwave/grill oven and complete dinner set. There was a TV in the rome which would run for 1hr for 1 euro. The apartment location was ideal if you like the market as it is across the road twice a week, Sun & Wed. The apartment block is far enough from Benidorms nitelife not to be disturbed but not to far as it cannot be accessed by foot within 5mins. The beach was reachable on foot in 10mins. We would definetly return to the Evamar Apts.

I had the Great 2 weeks at Evamar i injoyed swmiming in the pool and meet some lovely bar staff and i liked to sing on the kareoke as well and would like to go back there it was quiet and peacefull.

Evamar app were fantastic the 24 hour bar was great and friendly bar staff too.App were basic but very clean, pool was a gd size also although you have to pay for the sun loungers.A fantastic holiday had by all would stay again!!!!

our 3rd visit to "EvaMar", my 81yrs old husband with disabilities, this place was great, access no problem, went all the way to room on scooter, no noise at night, very comfortable, watched football on tele, in bar/cafe area, very friendly/helpful staff, supermarkets close by, the best fruit/veg we have ever tasted, on 2 day market across from hotel.and a small dance area to boot, couldn't be better

Stayed at the evamar for 1 week and we found it to be very good, the accommodation was basic but good value for money. The staff were friendly and the bar hosts a happy hour from 9 till 10.30 each night. There is plenty of bars and and food places within walking distance of the apts. Each wednesday and saturday there is a huge market which takes place outside the apts. Would go back again possibly in october.

Having just returned from holiday there in march I would recommend the apartments to anyone old or young. They were well situated near to the nightlife and shops. The apartment itself was suprisingly large and kept extremely clean, a large thumbs up. Would stay there time and time again friendly staff. A most pleasant stay

My partner and I stayed here in January 08 this was my 2nd time and I would def recommend it. For what you pay its very suitable, the rooms are basic but clean,we were there for 1 week and we had the maid twice with clean towels and bed sheets both times,rooms are adequately equipped and secure.The staff are very helpful and friendly and we will be back here again next year.

13 of us stayed over New Year in the Evamar in 4 apartments. My Husband, my 2 children and I shared one. which was a tight squeeze but we managed as we only went for 4 nights, and as we only paid £80 per apartment we couldn't complain. On arrival it was a bit of a shock, I felt that we had just joined the cast of "A Life on Mars". The reception and bar area were a bit dated. I don't think the Air con works in the bar area as it was very smokey. We had a problem with the shower in our room as the shower head flew off a couple of times and hit my son. Also the hot water only lasts around 7 mins so you have to be quick!! All in all the towels and linen were clean and we enjoyed our stay. I'm not sure if we would go back to the Evamar but I would recommend it for a cheep and cheerful stay!

went for a sort break beginning of dec. very friendly staff, rooms clean , well maintained, overall an excellent place to stay at. ideal location close to everything, beach , bars , restaurants etc. market right outside yet we heard no noise from it in our room. will definitley be visiting again in the near future.

Went for a short break in december. These apartments are basic but have everything you need. Location good not far from the beach, shops or entertainment. The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the place very clean. Will definitely be going back.
