just stayed at these apartments for 5 days. rooms are cheap and cheerful but have everything that is needed. we stayed in the second block and all that put us off was the school overlooking our balcony as were woken every morning at 8.30 by rowdy schoolkids but they stayed outside playing till roughly 11am. situated in a busy street but never heard any noise at night which was great. must try some irish bars as found they had the best live bands on every night especially shamrocks and bodhran bars. ask at reception about using hotel benidorm plaza as can use all there facilities and pool while staying in these apartments as we found out when asking where the nearest pool is.

Have just stayed at the estudios and found them great value for money. The room was large enough and clean, our only complaint was the uncomfortable beds. Excellent location by the walking street in the old town close to many restaurants and bars, try Kafeeklee ( out of the apts turn right and first right again ), brilliant atmosphere with some good drag acts, the Horror sisters are a must ! Will return again, just change those mattressess !!

We stayed at Estudios over Christmas 2007 and the best feature of this accommodation was its location. We were met at reception by a rather sullen young lady who didn't make us feel welcome at all. The room was adequate, if small, and we made plenty of use of the kitchenette area. We were shocked to find that payment was required to use the room safe and no inventory was taken of the room on our arrival, which made us nervous about getting our deposit back (in the end, we got it back without question). The building construction was not that great either, with noise from adjoining rooms bothering us daily. We were also surprised by the number of mosquitos in the room, given the time of year. Although it served its purpose as a place to sleep, we won't be returning here.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who are not very computer minded. They returned yesterday from a week at the Estudios and had a great time. They are in their mid fifties and went with another couple the same age. They were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and although it was a bit small this did not bother them. They found the toaster & kettle very handy. Their main recommendation apart from the cleaniness of these apartments was the location. The beach and local bars & restaurants were a stones throw away, but this did not make it noisy when they were sleepng. They would highly reccomend these apartments and it will be their first choice on returning to Benidorm.

Excellent Value for Money!

This is the second year running that I have stayed in these appartments and i am still very impressed with the rooms and service on reception. This accomodation is in an ideal location very close to the beach and shops. It is basic but very clean, the only problem we had was the lack of mirrors (just one in the bathroom). It is a great place to stay and we enjoyed watching the street entertainers and people go by from the balcony. I will definitely stay here again!

Studio small but clean and tidy, staff were helpful. It's cheap and cheerful. Could do with a lick of paint and attention to fittings but excellent for the price paid. Central for all shops and the beach is about 250m. Not suitable for disabled people as there are stairs to the lift in the second block. We would go back again.

We found the Estudios Appts, though basic, to be both comfortable and clean considering the price we paid and therefore excellent value for money. We found the staff to be helpful and keen to ensure your stay went wthout any hitches. Whilst we have been to Benidorm many times this is the first time we have been for the November fiesta. Birdseye view from the balcony to see the parades during the day but if you want to sleep at night, no chance! Fireworks and bands until 6am, start again at 8am. So perhaps not ideal if you have children with you. All in all I would reccomend these appts and will use their services again (bar fiesta!!)as loction is spot on for exploring the quaint cobbled streets and Tapas Bars of the old town.

The apartment was small but clean , the bed was comfortable the apartment was well situated being situated in the old town on one of the main walking streets. My only complaint is of the secuirity / lack of .. The main building has a 24 hour porter on duty which is fine .. but the second building down the street has only a security camera . The Frount door is suposed to be locked . It seemed to be wedged open most nights all night,allowing access to the building by any one who fancies entering... when staff were asked about this they were not intrested.

I have just had a two week break at Estudios and I think it was value for money and very central for the old town and all the facillities are close to hand.
The rooms are clean and basic and the staff very polite and helpfulland I would stay there again without question. Please be advised and remeber the Estudios are in a buisy part of the old town which attracts many tourists so during part of the day and early to late evening it can be very noisy but do not be put off by that as it is great to sit on the balcony in the evenings to watch the hustle and bustle and the world go by .

Friendly staff, extremely helpful. Excellent position, in the centre of the town with the beach less than 2 mins away. Everything on your doorstep with quiet pubs, restaurants, shops. Well presented apartment, loads of drawers, wardrobes and good cooking facilities with gas cooker, fridge and good range of utensils. Well kept and cleaned regularly. Would recommend to anyone. *****

Have stayed at these apartments a couple of times, situated on the main, shopping street, can be noisy but I found it facinating watching the different modes of the street and how it comes alive throughout different times of the day and hey its cheap, clean and has everything you want. They represent very good value for money, staff very nice, washer upstairs, cooker, telly. Everything on hand, I like these apartments and we try to book them everytime we go. Well done to the staff nice people and never bother you unless you want them to. 'ESTUDIOS BENIDORM' I love ya !!!!

Just arrived back from 1 week staying at estudios. I dont have a bad word to say about them. They are in a really good position next to lots of shops and bars and a stone's throw from the beach.The room itself isnt very big but spotless and the air conditioning is a god send!! The staff were all very friendly and willing to help u at all times. I would defo go back, excellent value for money!

THIS WAS OUR 3RD STAY AT THE STUDIOS, IT'S A GREAT LOCATION AND REALLY FRIENDLY STAFF. THE ROOMS ARE BASIC BUT CLEAN, AND YOU CAN HAVE A HOT SHOWER ANYTIME OF THE DAY, THERE'S ALWAYS PLENTY OF HOT WATER.WE WERE ON THE 2ND FLOOR THIS TIME, THE ROOMS WERE LARGER, BUT THE BALCONYS WERE SMALLER, THAN THE 5TH FLOOR THAT WE'D STAYED ON THE PREVIOUS TIMES, YOU COULD ALSO HEAR THE NOISE FROM THE STREET MORE. Excellently positioned (if you like spanish culture and loads of cheap Tapas bars, which I do) studio accomodation in need of some TLC, however, double glazing would'nt go a miss if only to eleviate some of the street noise, which can go on until 6-7am mainly at the weekends/festivals. Receptionists very friendly and accomodating. On the whole excellent value for money, would certainly return.

When I booked at Estudios Benidorm I didn´t really know what to expect. But we enjoyed our stay there for a week very much. The location is amazing, it is on the most famous pedestrian streets in Benidorm where everything buzzes with life and it only takes about 2 minutes to walk to the beach. From our balconies on second floor we could watch the people on the street and almost smell what they were eating. The apartment was a bit small but clean and the staff in the lobby were very helpful. We will surely be coming back soon because the price is very cheap and the location superb!!!

The studio was in a great location, very central with a balcony overlooking one of the main squares. It could be a busy noisy for some people, but who goes to Benidorm for peace and quiet? The studio was clean and had decent cooking facilities etc. The staff were helpful and friendly.

If you want location this is the place for you.It is almost on Levante beach and just a short stroll along Walking St to Poniente beach. The new town and all of its night life is just a short walk away and it is in the middle of the old town with all of its bars, resteraunts and shops. Just a note here, everything, food, drinks,shopping etc.can be bought more cheaply in the new town than the old.
The apartments are very basic - what would you expect? but all we need is a bed and a shower that works. The cooking facilities are about standard to most apartments(we only made a cup of tea in the mornings)and there is a large fridge, important to keep the booze cold.
There is a lot of street noise during the day and early evening,the roaming accordion players and the "statue people" are the biggest problem so an afternoon siesta is not really on. This finishes by nightfall and then it is relatively quite, the exception being if a gang of people have been celebrating on the old town and make a loud and boozy walk back to the new town.
Overall very pleased with our stay but it can be noisy, its very basic but this depends on what you want and the location is superb to reach anywhere in Benidorm.
Just one other point I have read reviews saying that there is a bar, sun terrace and swimming pool. The bar and sun terrace would be the pizzeria/cafe on the ground floor which is a public place and and not really associated with the apartments and the only swimming pool is vast, huge and called the Meditteranean Sea which is at the bottom of the road

I find the accomodation excellent as it is in the heart of Benidorm which is ideal for me as I travel to Spain frequently on business. Can highly recommend for value for money, service and location. Spent two nights in Estudios Benidorm 29 March 06. These are very basic, small but clean rooms and in need of decoration. There is no bar or swimming pool and is reflected in the cost which will not stretch the budget. The staff (normally only one around)were pleasant enough.
However, the studios are in an excellent position for access to both the old and new town and in a busy area just yards from the beach.
Can't complain and don't be put off with the busy street as it closes down around midnight (even before that time you can hardly hear any noise if you shut the patio doors).
Please remember that if you are are intending going to these studios then you will only get what you pay for and that is a basic room with no frills or extended service.

I HAVE STAYED IN THE ESTUDIO APARTMENTS A COUPLE OF TIMES IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS. I LIVE APPROX 1 1/2 HOURS AWAY FROM BENIDORM IN SPAIN BUT LIKE TO HAVE A TRIP THERE AND JUST STAY NORMALLY FOR 1 NIGHT. THE ESTUDIO APARTMENTS ARE GREAT FOR THIS SHORT BREAK. THE ACCOMMODATION IS BASIC BUT VERY CLEAN AND IN AN IDEAL PART OF THE OLD TOWN (ALTHOUGH SOMTIMES QUITE NOISY OUTSIDE). I WOULD RECOMMEND THE APARTMENTS TO ANY AGE, REALLY GOOD VALUE!!

Apartment more than surprised us .Key things ,clean,bedlinen and towels.Heating was efficient. Kitchen area well supplied.Even loo rolls supplied.Plenty of space.We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.We packed bedlinen ,towels and loo roll, pleased to say they all went home unused.
The staff were very efficient and friendly.
Great stay.. central to everything, will recommend to all friends in Javea .

We have stayed at the studios twice before and have never had any complaints about it. The studios are spotless,we stayed for 11 days this last time,the beds were changed 4 times and the cleaners came in every other day. The location is great easy reach for everything you possibly need, they even supply a free washing machine on the 6th floor.There is no swimming pool, but with the beach about 50 metres away who needs a pool.We found the staff really pleasant and helpful,and wouldn't hesitate to go back again to the Studios

WE USUALLY STAY ACROSS THE ROAD AT AVINIDA APARTMENTS, THESE ARE FANTASTIC, BUT WHEN WE WANTED TO BOOK FOR END OF AUGUST 05 THE COST WAS SILLY, SO WE BOOKED ESTUDIOS BENIDORM BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION. ON ARRIVAL EVERY THING WAS STRAIGHT FORAWRD, ALTHOUGH THE RECEPTIONIST DIDNT SPEAK MUCH ENGLISH.
THE ROOMS ARE CHEEP AND CHEARFULL, AND THE AIRCON WAS A GODSEND...FOR THE PRICE I DONT THINK U CAN FIND A BETTER DEAL, AND TO BE IN THE CENTRE OF THE OLD TOWN. WOULD DEFFO BOOK TO STAY THERE AGAIN, ONLY WORD OF WARNING IS THAT THE LIFT SEEMS TO BREAK DOWN QUITE OFTEN AND IF UR ON THE TOP FLOORS ITS ONE HELL OF AN HIKE.
TRY AND GET YOUR APRTMENT ON THE FIFTH FLOOR THE BALCONMIES ARE MASSIVE, 2 SUN LOUNGERS AND TABLE AND CHAIRS, THEY ARE SMALL ON ALL THE OTHER FLOORS.

I stayed in estudios august 2005, very basic apartment and small. Although was clean but the noise from outside was terrible unable to sleep at night due to the noise. would not go back there again. Some of the staff was helpfull but did not get a key for our deposit box so we had to lock our cases everytime we left our room.

The studio was very clean, it is well furnished with a kitchen. it has a small balcony where you can have meals. The best thing about this studio is that the sea is about 50 meters froms us, it is very well located in front of levente beach and near all the night life which is very important. the only little remark is that the beds are not of excellent quality but it's ok.

My husband and I stayed at the Estudios Benidorm with another couple who live an hour south of Benidorm. We were there in July and thought that with the noise and heat combination it may be hell on earth! But what a surprise. The accommodation was exceptionally clean with free air-conditioning. The location was definately the icing on the cake. Situated just on the edge of the Old Town, but within very easy walking distance to all the bars etc of the new town. The beach is a stones throw away and the "people watching" from the balcony which overlooks a busy parade was spellbounding. With the patio doors closed the noise from the parade was only a background sound and once you opened your patio door the atmosphere engulfed you. We have stayed in some fabulous 5* properties and this is definately not one of those! BUT for good value, location, cleanliness and helpful staff, this accommodation can not be beaten. We also preferred staying here, rather than some of the accommodations in the new town. We used the safety deposit provided in the room and had no problems whatsoever. We would all definately return!

I stayed in estudios in octber 2004, small basic apartment but immaculately clean,brilliant location for everything beach,shops, bars, taxis, balcony was great for siiting on chilling watching the world go by espsecially in siesta season as all the parades go by,downside is it can be noisey due to the hustle and bustle of the street(but that didnt affect our stay)balcony door was a bit if a worry for security as it didnt fit the frame but we had no problems....overall good value for money and going back this year....definitely recommend it for a cheap fun holiday
