stayed there in sept basic apts staff friendly roberto childrens entertainer lovely great with the children although no kiddie club on not elough children he still went out of his way to play with the kids who were there rooms although basic had all you needed but make sure you get room overlooking pool as we were given room 210 right above reception and at 4oclockam every morning a van came to collect their laundry for 2hrs they pull large cages up and down ramp and we had a kiddie age 3yrs nightmare we asked to be moved after 2 nights which they did no bother we went self catering tried restuarant one night awful no choice and everything was realy cold theres so many great eating places in the resort youll never starve been to tossa few times was waith my daughter and her family in there thirties with baby and they also loved it its just such a beautiful place and lots of nice things to do will definately go backto esmerelda but only self catering
